“I recently had my car repaired at Madlock's Auto & Body Works, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. The initial inspection and estimate were accurate and transparent, and they maintained excellent communication throughout the repair process.
The repair was completed within the promised timeframe, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My car’s front bumper, which was damaged due to an animal collision on the interstate, was replaced and painted to look as good as new and they replaced with new parts like Radiator, Condenser, Cooling fan etc., which were damaged due to the incident. The attention to detail and professionalism of the team were outstanding.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Madlock's Auto & Body Works to anyone in need of bodywork or repairs.”

“I was over 200 miles from home when the battery in my key fob started to die and I was stressing out, worried it would die halfway home. I stopped at an O'Reilly Auto and the two employees refused to even look at it for fear they would break it and have to pay to have it replaced. Thankfully, there was an Auto Zone just down the street, and I knew they would help me there. The lady who assisted me was an expert and had a new battery installed very quickly and I was on my way home with no worries. Thank you, Auto Zone, for going the extra mile!”

I had my hydraulics repaired and there was some additional unrelated starter issues on my tractor and his crew fixed it right there in the parking lot at no additional charge have taken my Tractor several places and they are by far the most thorough and customer oriented and fair highly recommended united ag and Turf in Hope Arkansas . They are really good.”
“Great customer service and trustworthy people! I bought a used, cheaper car for my 16yo daughter. When I bought the car, everything checked out good, test drove good, my brother, who has a mechanic background, gave it a thumbs up. It wasn't long after we bought it, it started blowing fuses, the fuel pump and injector fuses. A friend recommended me take it to Still's, he told me he would guarantee they could fix it. And THEY DID! There was a little bit of a communication issue between the secretary and Don, which caused me to bring it there two times to get both fuses addressed. When I called Don to explain the situation, he was very friendly and professional, and had no hesitation about it, he listened to me and said bring it back, we will take care of it. After the second time we picked it up, which was at the end of August, it hasn't gave any more problems. My daughter drives it everywhere!! Thank you Don and your crew and God bless y'all!”
