“Amazing people amazing service. Took care of my 2018 Audi in & out 20 mins. Granted I was coming home from vacation driving from Dallas TX back home to Chicago IL when a rock chipped my windshield. Found this shop as it was nearest to me , called them and they said come in right away. The hospitality was amazing. Will always be grateful for the encounter.”

“Gotta leave 5 stars for the great service they provided. Got my windshield replaced by them but my front camera wasn’t put back in correctly and it threw off my calibration and when I relayed this to them they covered the cost for my dealership to replace the camera. Great and honest service”

“My car battery died and one of the awesome autozone employees came to my rescue. I had my whole crew with me and we just wanted to start our weekend. She came and jumped started my car and by doing so, she earned my business. I purchased a new battery. Because of my mobility issues, Wesley was so kind to help me install it. Stacy and Wesley are true superstars and so far, the most kind humans in this town. If your car starts acting up, Go to Auto Zone, they will fix you up!!”

“This is my Hope parts house. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for something, and they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they're willing and able to find a comparable substitute. They also greatly appreciate your business, which is something you don't always get from the larger chain parts locations. I'll do everything I can to spend my time and money with this location. Highly recommend.”

“We had a very pleasant, straightforward, and personal experience working with Hope Auto! Our salesman, Dionne, was patient (answering our many questions), kind, and overall just great to work with. We decided to drive from Louisiana to do business with Hope Auto because of his kindness. A great first experience buying a vehicle, and we would certainly do it again!”

“Great customer service and trustworthy people! I bought a used, cheaper car for my 16yo daughter. When I bought the car, everything checked out good, test drove good, my brother, who has a mechanic background, gave it a thumbs up. It wasn't long after we bought it, it started blowing fuses, the fuel pump and injector fuses. A friend recommended me take it to Still's, he told me he would guarantee they could fix it. And THEY DID! There was a little bit of a communication issue between the secretary and Don, which caused me to bring it there two times to get both fuses addressed. When I called Don to explain the situation, he was very friendly and professional, and had no hesitation about it, he listened to me and said bring it back, we will take care of it. After the second time we picked it up, which was at the end of August, it hasn't gave any more problems. My daughter drives it everywhere!! Thank you Don and your crew and God bless y'all!”

“I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street before I went inside to get a new break light. The situation took a deadly turn when the cold sweats started coming in. Not only did the worker help me find my new break light, he sprinted with me to the restroom to make sure I made it there. Thank you so much O’Reillys staff for keeping the bathroom clean and stocked and the most polite and helpful workers. I appreciate the nice smelling Hand soap as well.”
