Factory Connections in Hope is a step (or three) above any of the other locations I've visited in the past. They always have everything displayed in a pleasing, organized, and easy to find manner (instead of just crammed in everywhere), the staff is incredible with amazing customer service. It's definitely an asset to the area, and I can always find something among their ever increasing variety of inventory for myself, my daughters, and my husband for great prices including vacation outfits, school clothes, dress clothes (got my husband's Easter outfit there this year), everyday clothes, work jeans, and even shoes and accessories. This week, we found two pairs of stylish pants for my teen for under $40 together at regular price! They also had a lot of items marked down for sale available. Don't skip over them when looking for clothes and accessories for any occasion!

Polite staff, willing to help and focused on customer service. They carry plus size women's clothing. Have great trendy shoes but none in backup stock.
