“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jalice & Brie at AT&T!! I have never used AT&T until now! I’m also 51 years old and not super tech savvy. I needed a new phone and IPad for work and everyone said the coverage was much better. The manager gave me great information and the right plan. I then came back a few days later to purchase them and Brie was AWESOME!! Great customer service to say the least! I had a wonderful experience. She got both devices activated, put them in cases with screen savers and educated me on how they worked. They also had great sales, making getting what I needed affordable for my budget! I highly recommend Brie at AT&T for all your cellular needs! Great job and thank you so much! I’m really enjoying my devices! ??❤️”
“WOW professionalism at its finest! The man who helped us today was so friendly and literally fixed my sons phone in 2 minutes. All that was wrong was a piece of rice in the charging port. He literally said oh no charge it took me seconds. Excellent service.”
