I cannot thank Southern Tire Mart in Hope, Arkansas enough — especially Ashley! I had a flat tire on my Tesla while stranded on the side of the interstate without a spare. After calling multiple tow companies who refused to help because it was a Tesla, Ashley stepped in and went above and beyond. She gave me her personal cell number, had me drop a pin so she could find my exact location, and quickly sent team members out to assist.
Because it was a low-profile tire, they carefully removed the wheel and took it back to the shop. When it turned out the tire couldn’t be repaired, Ashley helped coordinate with another tire company over 50 miles away to get a replacement delivered. Her team mounted it, brought it back to me, and got me back on the road — all while Ashley kept checking in to make sure I was okay.
Their professionalism, care, and reasonable pricing absolutely floored me. Ashley truly went overboard to calm me down during a very stressful situation. I will always use Southern Tire Mart from now on, and I am so grateful for Ashley and her incredible team.”
