Sadly, most of the reviews are accurate. Showed up at 0900 to load, was put on a door at 1300, 1.5 hours to load then was instructed to park on the gravel road to wait for BOL's. 3 and a half hours later I received my paperwork and got out of there. Total of 9 hours on site to get loaded.
