“I went to Advance Auto in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and was told that generator batteries couldn’t be recharged. I was then “offered” a $100 replacement. I took the same battery to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hot Springs Village, where Will was able to recharge it in less time than it took me to drive to Walmart for gas. That is excellence in customer service.
On another visit, I needed a spark plug. Walter showed me what he had in stock and took the extra step to verify the part number by comparing the new spark plug with the old one I brought in. I left feeling confident that I had exactly what I needed.
Because of these positive experiences, I returned to this O’Reilly Auto Parts location again the following week. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Chris, who genuinely seemed happy to help. He tested my vehicle’s battery, explained my purchase options clearly, and installed the new battery, all in under 30 minutes.
