Had trouble with online portal trying to rent unit so I had to call the number given. They were very helpful and thorough with the process except for applying the advertised discount for the 1st and 2nd month, therefore over charging me for my first month. That is why I only gave 4 stars.

Ever since this place was bought out by this company I've been unhappy. There was no notice of change in ownership or change in date payments were due, no notification of rental increases. It oddly went up by $20 after my unit was broken into and had things stolen that could never be replaced. They never kept anyone on site to prevent this. Very disappointing.

Although we have rented a space in one day , the customer service we received from one rep on a.sundqy was amazing she walked us thru with ease and was like talking to a friend .

The clerk (I believe her name is Amber) was great—very professional, friendly and helpful. However, the computer program she was using to register us kept freezing or wouldn’t save and so the whole process took a long time. Other than that, I am satisfied with my experience with this company

I appreciate the ability to store my boat at your location. However, it is quite obvious that this location and it's tenants are of little value to your organization. In the past, I have talked to your service people and requested assistance. It is ridiculous to consider the response as satisfactory. I have waited days for a response, only to be forced to call again. Since no one is on location, getting any service is darn near impossible. However, it is convenient and the price is low. I have been at this location long before your company bought it and changed everything. Now the place looks empty. I think people left because of the requirements for documentation of the stored items, the requirements for insurance documents, etc. Even so, for me, I do not like change. I plan to continue business with your company, even if it is difficult and frustating.

Do not use this place. They have been updating their system the last two weeks and we have not been able to get in to get our property out of our unit. When you call them, they offer no assistance.
