Ten days before it's renewal, I received a letter from Progressive saying that my general liability insurance premium had been increased by 60% (I had not filed any claim). I contacted Mike Kolesar at Farmers and expressed my concern. Mike told me he'd look into it and get back to me. Six days later and I hadn't heard anything from Mike. I had called him, texted him, and e-mailed him all without a response. So I contacted Bryan Tackett, the so-called owner of this insurance company, though he seems to spend about 10 hours a months actually working. Bryan tells me that he'll contact Mike and let him know that I'm trying to reach him, and to call him if the trouble persists. So Mike continues to ignore my calls, e-mails, and texts and now, Bryan also won't respond to me. My policy expired over two weeks ago now and I have yet to hear anything from their office at all. In the meantime, my General Liability and Workers Comp also expired and I haven't heard a word from them regarding either policy. If you want good rates and customer service, go anywhere else. These people are clowns and don't deserve anyone's business.

Don't waste your time. I am a local business who was in need of insurance so I wanted to stay local. Spoke with someone named Mike and was supposed to hear back from him with numbers but never did. Called and left a message but never heard back from anyone.
