Supposed VA approved pharmacy. Was told 5-10 minute wait. Waited 30 minutes before seeing what the problem was. They saw me sitting there waiting and said nothing while my scrip sat there ready. Then charged me, the scrip was paid for by the VA. They said they needed a voucher which I would have had to drive to Hot Springs to get. They would not call or help in any way. Would not accept my veterans photo ID. Ended up paying out of my own pocket. Will try and remove them from veterans approved pharmacy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting West Gate Pharmacy, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service I received from Megan and the entire staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.Megan, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with my pharmaceutical needs. I must say this pharmacy is the happiest group of people working together I have seen in a long time. A young lady named Brittany was so pleasant and informative on the items I was looking to purchase. Its also a great option for someone like me that bounces between Hot Springs Village and Clinton since there are multiple pharmacies that are connected! Super convenient!

I was out of town and couldn’t go to my regular pharmacy. I was promptly greeted by a smiling face welcoming me into their store. I told them what I was looking for and the pharmacist Cody came to help. He listened to all my concerns and made a suggestion. I wish I lived closer, just so I could exclusively use this pharmacy. Thank you Cody and your staff for being friendly and quick.

Though a prescription was not what was originally ordered, a normally suitable exchange was made. With my particular issue this substitution was something I personally am unable to take. Cody was so kind in discussing the problem over the phone and agreed to do a return since the package had remained unopened. When I came in to do the exchange Brittany was incredibly kind and even took the time to list all of the ingredients in my compounded medications/hormones. This helps me understand if there is an ingredient that might trigger an autoimmune response for me. She was very understanding and efficient. Thank you both!!!

Love the automatic refills,.it's a time saver. Walmart would lose my rx half the time or the lines would be long. They just have an "I don't care attitude" so I moved to West Gate Pharmacy. A thousand times better & easier.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever visited.Insanely long wait and extremely disorganized staff.On a totally separate note the delivery service doesn't charge the card on file before or after delivery and will not take cards when they deliver.This is the worst experience and it doesn't matter whether you have it delivered or go in-personI will go down the block to Walgreens.At least they won't lose a prescription.

This pharmacy used to be reliable, but something has happened in the last few months to change all that. I went in yesterday (June 13, 2022) to wait for two prescriptions my doctor was sending after my visit with her, and I needed to begin them both yesterday. I told the counter staff why I was there, and I sat down to wait. Over the next twenty-five minutes, I watched people come in with prescriptions to be filled and leave within five to ten minutes. Finally, after almost half an hour, someone came to tell me that the pharmacist had some issue with the Rx and was waiting to hear from the doctor. Why they didn’t let me know this right away is still a mystery. About ten minutes later, I was informed that they didn’t have the drug in stock and it would be delivered today (6-14-22) sometime late morning. They suggested I call around 11:00 to see if it was in. I called at 11:20 and was told they were working on my Rx. I asked if a half hour would be enough time before picking it up, and I was told it would be. I pulled into the drive-thru window at 12:00. I sat for several minutes before anyone came to help me. Then I was told that they hadn’t started on my Rx, and would I mind waiting (LIKE I HAD A CHOICE!). I sat in the drive-thru lane 30 MINUTES! One car pulled up behind me and sat about five minutes before driving away. I was so mad when I left, I couldn’t even speak to the woman who dealt with me. I don’t know if they need to hire more help or just pay more attention. I should have had this med yesterday. Since I had to wait on it, you’d think filling it this morning would have been a priority, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately, none of the pharmacies close to my house are reliable, and this one is getting worse all the time.
