This pharmacy is the WORST, MOST INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF IDIOTS I'VE EVER SEEN. TOTALLY WORTHLESS, and the corporate office would not help either. This is not the first time they have proven themselves to be incompetent. It has been going on for years. Take your business elsewhere.ZERO STARS.

Always have to wait in line, sometimes they call to tell you prescriptions are ready then drive eight miles only to find out it’s not ready. Drive thru lane is a disaster most of the time. Find another alternative and f you care about customer service. If you don’t care the Walgreen will overwhelm you with disappointments. Worts customer service of any business I have dealt with and in the past decade.

Walgreens is more than just a pharmacy; it's a versatile one-stop shop. Their extensive range of healthcare products, medications, and knowledgeable staff make it a go-to for medical needs. The convenience of having a pharmacy, photo center, and cosmetics all under one roof is unparalleled. Moreover, their loyalty program and online services simplify prescription management. The stores are usually well-organized and clean, making the shopping experience pleasant. The friendly and helpful staff often go the extra mile, providing advice and assistance. With numerous locations, Walgreens is easily accessible, which is a lifesaver in emergencies. While prices may not always be the lowest, their sales and discounts can offer good value. The dedication to community health, flu shots, and immunizations during the flu season is commendable. However, like any large chain, the service can vary by location, so it's essential to find a reliable one. In summary, Walgreens is a trusted healthcare partner, offering a wide array of services and products, making it a valuable asset to many communities.

Horrible. The staff look at you like you’re stupid no matter how many times they have seen you. They try to make up excuses to not do their job. They pretend like they can’t find you, your insurance, or your prescription in their system every single time. They are constantly saying they don’t have a refill even though the doctor has put in for over 10 refills. They send you on a wolf goose chase trying to figure out why you can’t get to ur medication: the same medication they fill for you every month! They’re lazy and disrespectful. They even told me once my doctor didn’t know who I was so they could not give me my prescription. Make it make sense..

If I could, i'd give the negative 20 stars. They're very rude and condescending. I've had people steal my money before. I've had them still my medicine before today. The manager tried to lie to me. Scream at me and pretend like I was just some crazy person. She tried to threaten to remove my grandparents account. Because if we're having such a problem, "will remove you and you can fund somewhere else"Her and her lying staff are a problemAnd her petty games to outnumber me when I said. I've been coming here for 20 years. Well, I've worked here for 25 I don't care that doesn't make it any better. And how does a two pen pack Equal only one pen ???Just don't go here anywhere's betterAnd don't even get me started on how often. The computer system is down.

The population in our area are over 60 years. We do not need to have to drive 30 minutes for our meds because you are short of help. The whole problem is poor management and the fact that Walgreens DOES NOT CARE. Walgreens has the highest prices and worst service in the Hot Springs Village area. Shame on Walgreens. I wish they would close the store in HSV.

Pharmacy is horrible! Drive thru is always backed up. Single line is ridiculous! Store well stocked, but the pharmacy stays understaffed and way too small for this community....

This may possibly be the slowest Walgreens in the world. I dropped off a prescription it took a week, OMG!! The pharmacist was polite and the store was clean but that's the only things I can say about this location

Would be a great place to shop if it weren't for all the rude, entitled, hateful, elderly people that clog up the lines by haggling prices at the register, while berrating the staff. These reviews are a bigger reflection of the kind of people this store has to deal with rather than the store itself...*no one in any part of Hot Springs likes dealing with people from the village.* real shame bc the store is very clean and has super patient employees.

Utterly incompetent! We have had numerous bad experiences with this store, including, calls that meds were ready to pick up but they weren't, not running prescriptions through insurance before we picked them up and they charged us full price, waiting for 30 minutes to get vaccinated, etc. Do not recommend this store and will take our business elsewhere!

Would give zero stars if I could. I've called three different times today and every time I've had to hang up after over 30 mins on hold! What a joke of a pharmacy if they can't even staff their phones. Walgreens either needs to re-train their employees or hire more.

I've been a Walgreen's Pharmacy user for over 40 years. The last 10 here in Hot springs Village. Love the Walgreens brand and most all other encounters with any other Walgreen's I've NEVER seen the sheer childish and manipulative behavior as I have at the HSV Walgreen's pharmacy. One pharmacy staff in particular displays the MOST egregious, childish and manipulative behavior I've ever seen from a Walgreen's staff member. First encountered when I needed a rush order filled immediately following my wife's operation. When I entered the pharmacy at that time there was a line of people (around 6+) at the time and she was the only one at the register(s). She was chatting with a customer...obviously pretending to touch the screen to look busy while people in line were complaining. I loudly complained that customers weren't being tended to and justifiably so. My wife fresh from operation sitting in the car waiting for her meds she needed to start asap. It woke someone up and more people showed up at registers and began taking care of customers. Ever since, this individual has consistently used childish manipulative techniques whenever I've had the misfortune to be waited on by her. Such as make me wait until someone else comes available to pass my prescription. Hiding change and credit card in the drive through so I have to search for it in the drive-thru drawer. Most recently, stating I couldn't fill a prescription until tomorrow (6-29-22) even though I was standing at the counter today..."Insurance reasons" ... and on it goes. Another checker she passed me off to wanted to fill the prescription , but she stuck her nose back into our conversation and stopped the transaction. Judging by many other negative reviews of this pharmacy, I see my situation is not a unique one. It's unfortunate that people such as this pharmacy technician are allowed to work their mischief on members of the public with seeming impunity. May be time to end a long relationship with Walgreen's over this one inept and mean-spirited individual. I've had no other issues with any other staff member at this Walgreen's having always been treated with respect and professionalism. Normally, I'd give 5 stars for a Walgreen's review and would make adjustment if I notice a change in this person's and other staff's attitude and demeanor.UPDATE: Picked up the delayed prescription this morning 6-29-22. Yet another bizarre experience in this pharmacy. Upon arrival the pharmacist was finishing with a customer and another individual was tending a second customer at separate registers. They were soon finished and the customers left leaving me being the only person waiting. No one uttered a word to me, avoided looking at me and walked away from the counter like I wasn't even there. The counter person after attending a drive up customer that had pulled up after I had arrived finally asked if I was there for a pick up and attended to me, though with no effort toward friendly customer engagement of any kind. The experience gave me a chance to observe the pharmacy in operation as a whole for a short time. All women working, everyone was stone silent and looked angry. Very uncomfortable environment.Time to ditch this pharmacy for more a hopefully more professional one...

The only reason I am leaving them with a one star rating is that a negative 5 star was not an option.. It is sad that a retirement community has to rely on this establishment for medications. Heck a Dollar store with aspirin, band aids, hydrogen peroxide would better fit the bill. Please remember that just because the lights are on doesn't mean anybody is home. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
