Appliances in Hot Springs, AR

“I called looking for a longer power cord for my dryer and Desiree answered. Not only was she SUPER professional, but she was also beyond kind. She took time to listen to me, laughed with me explaining my dilemma, and was so patient. She didn’t have what I was looking for, but she told me exactly where to look on my appliance to find all the details I needed. As a woman, she really made me feel capable and confident and that’s a big deal to a first time home owner with brand new appliances. I know my dad’s gonna look down and be proud when I change this cord myself. Thanks Desiree!!!”

“Super friendly and informative!! I have purchased an Embroidery Machine and Sewing Machine here, and they are perfect for my needs. Just go, say what you are interested in, and he will sit down and walk you through the machine before you buy. It’s that simple!!”

“I went to Rent One in Malvern and was greeted with a very patient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. After trying out several living room sets, I decided on one and set it up for delivery. Unfortunately, after getting it delivered, there was just something I wasn’t happy with on the sectional. I called Rent One and they sent someone out to check on it immediately. After having the set for about a week, I still wasn’t happy. I went back to Rent One and again, was greeted with very friendly, helpful staff even though they knew I was exchanging my set. They walked around with me very patiently answering all of my questions while I “tried out” every sofa in the store. After I settled on a new set, the staff handled the exchange flawlessly. I would definitely recommend using Rent One for your furniture needs. They have a dining room table I would love to have! Thank you Rent One!”
