I give Arkansas Automotive five stars. I took my truck to Walmart to get a battery but it quit on me there. I had someone to recommend Arkansas Automotive, so I called and they got my vehicle in and out the same day. The lady in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable of their services. The price was very reasonable. I have never experienced a mechanic work that fast and be affordable. This shop went to the top of my automotive repair list. They replaced the front bearings in my 2016 Chevy equinox they did a good job I got the car back I think the next day. But they didn't do a good job of explaining why my ABS system system doesn't work now. It worked when I took it in

I’m in Hot Springs on vacation and needed a good mechanic and these guys were great. Took care of my 2009 Ford King Ranch after I lost power under load. Turned out to be a technical issue put out by the dealership. I’d highly recommend using this company they seem to be very honest and trustworthy! Went and got an oil change after several big box named companies where i live in little rock wouldn't work with my warranty coverage and arkansas automotive had no problem got the service done in less than an hours time. Excellent service! We were in the Hot Springs area for only a few days and started hearing disturbing car noise a couple of hours out. They got us in next day, diagnosed the problem, sourced the part, repaired it and the car is driving great, and the work is under warranty via a National, independent automotive network. They sent us on our way with a list of other non-emergent issues to follow up on when we get back home. Alissa in the office was friendly and helpful. And they are located right by the greenway trail so we were able to walk to Bathhouse Row and do some sightseeing while we waited. Thank you!
