This place has been in business for 35 years and Hot Springs is really lucky to still have all types of artists displaying their specific style and mediums for others to enjoy and possibly take away with him however, it's extremely saddening that someone would describe another person by specifically calling out their physically disability! Who does that? I've known Joe for a long time and he has never been anything if not helpful, courteous and encouraging to anyone he encounters and as a Black woman, we do not need someone who speaks of another person in this way trying to defend us! #Rude”
