So they tell us for our business to call in a change we try and they put us on hold for 30 mins then wen I get to bank the manager comes to window saying I have to call it in. Which I then tell her we did u got it and it’s not my fault u have idiots working for u! Hate that we use this bank!

Will be in Monday to close my account. I went by this morning to get cash, ATM out of order. Consistently an issue at this branch. That's not why I'm closing account. Sent a co-worker back to cash a check from my personal account (because of ATM closure), she was treated extremely rude in the drive thru. I understand there are policies for non customers, I get it. But when you treat an honest person that I work with rudely and unprofessionally, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Some of the most uneducated and/or trained bank tellers I’ve ever come across! They mess up my account every time I visit this location. I’m not sure if it has to do with the all male employees? I think corporate needs to look into it.

Great service and they make me feel like family every visit. Great customer service and they call me by name. Bravo Arvest. Love the folks there especially Tyler and all the tellers. Bless you.

The thing I like about them is their consistency. Go to any branch, any time of the day, and they have three people working - slow, slower, and slowest. Spent 34 minutes in the drive thru the other day, behind only two people. Thought they were doing a mortgage, till I got up and my simple deposit took over 10 minutes. Terrible. Going elsewhere.

Absolute slowest bank I have ever been to. It's so close to my house, but it's quicker for me to drive to the one on Albert Pike, 10 minutes away, get done in a few minutes, and drive 10 minutes home. 30 minute wait on average to do anything in the drive through here. I wish they would do something. There seems to be a lot of reviews that say the same thing.

Every week they get slower and slower. I sat for 30 minutes today. It was to late to drive to another location. There were only two people working with a lobby and drive thoug full.

I Love this Bank!! Everyone is so nice. In all of my adult life I've never been treated so well by a bank before. A few weeks after we opened our bank account with Arvest Bank we received a call asking us if everything was okay and were we having any problems that she could help us with.
