Handicap accessibility is not good. Had to change wheelchairs for wheelchair bound person to get past pillars and narrow pathway to main doors at front of the building. Sat in lobby for 15 minutes before anyone appeared at the front desk. Was told by another waiting guest that the receptionist had left early and the man who did insurance was doing both jobs. The front desk had no one at it for a long period of time. My mother explained she had another appointment that went over but she didn't mention the wheelchair access issue. She didn't mention that they were obviously short staffed and couldn't take care of customers the way they should. He actually said...we have a 10 minute late policy not even knowing what time we got there. Inefficient doesn't even begin to describe our experience. Bad experience for handicapped "new" customer. We don't recommend Aspen Dental- Hot Springs AR.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would the staff is amazing the front desk she is a hard worker and makes you feel welcome the guy that helps set up payments is a blessing he's a down home overall nice guy. And mrs.karen is just wow give that women a raise ? she is so great so kind and welcomingtreats you like family. Can't wait to see her and hang out with her again! Such a wonderful overall experience! They made it easy.

Do not go there ! My wife needed x ray so that she could get emergency help and they didn’t send to our dentist. They are disgusting and you should run from them

The staff and doctor were all very courteous. They made my first dentures appt very pleasant. I was dreading this process but they have eased my worries and anxiety.

Ive always been nervous about going to the dentist, everyone in the office made me feel comfortable and relaxed! I will use them for all of my dental needs from here on out! I highly recommend Aspen dental to anyone that needs dental work and isn't comfortable going into a dental office.

I visited a different Aspen dental in 2021 for the same problem. I couldn't get an appointment there so I booked an appointment in hot springs. The people were great. From the time I arrived at the front desk until I spoke with the office manager to discuss financing, worked with the X-ray tech,spoke with Dr Ross and then finalized my visit with Karen, the dental hygienist. My visit in 2021 at a different location was different. It felt like a machine. That was okay. My visit to the hot springs aspen dental was much different. I felt like everyone was concerned about my dental health and getting me the help I needed. It didn't feel like they were shuffling me through to get the next patient in. I'm going to continue to use Aspen dental in Hot springs for my dental health. I highly recommend them. Thanks, John

Excellent experience, my dentist made a mistake with a panoramic x-ray and one visit to Aspen to consult with the dentist and oral surgeon with a correct x-ray solved the problem. Thank you!

I was so nervous about getting dentures, I mean, who wouldn't be nervous huh, but from the moment I first walked through the door I was greeted with compassion and professionalism. Everyone I encountered on my journey were so helpful and concerned with my well being and satisfaction. I am so happy and want to wish a heart-felt thank you to them all.

Horrible! When I arrived, I informed The receptionist that they needed to call my dentist to get my referral and my dental records so that Office would send them over immediately as promised. After waiting well over an hour to get Into the chair I was informed that they hadn’t received them yet. So I called the dental office myself and they were sent over immediately. More waiting … The dentist was just fine. It was just the office staff that was lacking.
