“I had damage to my 2016 Subaru Forester right front fender repaired at CarStar. The repair required bodywork only; there was no damage to the lights, wiring or structure. The finished work was immaculate. There were no signs of a repair being performed; the color was a perfect match for my ten-year-old car; and the work was completed much faster than I anticipated, three days. CarStar is a preferred body shop of my insurance company, USAA, so all the insurance adjuster issues were taken care of seamlessly – I only had to pay my deductible. Paperwork with the shop was minimal, since they already had most of the accident and insurance information from USAA, and I received status reports by text every day. They made this whole affair as painless as possible.”
“We are Texans. We came to Hot springs for a funeral. He got hit in our car pretty hard. Our car was NOT driveable. Garners put a beautiful baindaid on it sowe could drive home safe. They did it in 10 minutes. They did not even charge us. The customer service was beautiful. Thank you so much”
“I had been having major problems with my car just dying in the middle of the road when I came to a stop or slowed down. It was even kickin around when speeding up. I had called automotive places to see if they could help me out and they would say were kinda busy and can get you in at a later date. Finally after considering it I decided to try O'Reilly and see if they could help. I walked in and was very kindly greeted by all the staff and went to a man by the name of Daniel Lunsford. I explained my problem and he told me he couldn't be exactly sure but we could run a diagnostic on it and see if it came back with it. So he kindly grabbed his equipment and held the door open for me and we went to my car. He hooked the equipment up like a pro and said let it run a test and we will take it back in and see what it says. After a very brief moment he said it was finished and walked me back in. He hooked it up to the computer and ran a full report. There was a problem with a part in my car, he was very knowledgeable about the part and explained to me in easy to understand terms what this part was responsible for. He told me they carried the part and showed me some of the models. He found me a reliable lifetime warranty part that was affordable and told me it should solve the problem. I went home and replaced the part and prayed that the diagnostic had been correct. I took my car out and was amazed. It ran better than when I bought it! I owe him a big thank you and will only use O'Reilly's from now on. Thank you so much Daniel Lunsford you truly were knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I will recommend you to everyone. God bless you guys.”

“One guy didn't want to provide service. He spoke & plugged in information but didn't get, help install, etc. let me get the wrong part; then pawned me off to his associate.
Next day went back for 2.77 windshield wiper blades. Got a real parts guy. He didn't mind doing his job to get his pay.”

“These folks are awesome, I first had issues with a door hinge matter on my 1996 Chevy pickup. Others had tried to address the matter with little correction. These folks got it right, spot on.I then returned with the same truck and had the factory headlight assemblys replaced, and LED bulbs installed. I also took my 2004 Toyota highlander in for the same procedure. They did a great job. Very satisfied.These folks are an asset to our community. (Little Fir 2023) His quote was reasonable and they were accommodating in working with us to repair one at a time which took quite awhile. Edgar was direct, fair and honest in communicating what was happening during the process. Extremely pleased with the results with repaired areas nearly identical to original. A willingness to address concerns and ensure quality work gets this firm a 5 star performance from me.”
