My mom and dad,who are in thier 70s went to The Hot Speings Village Auto Zone first looking for a spark plug wire,they had several but they were to long,the guy suggested the Hot Springs location might have one. This was on Sunday Sep.24 2023 at around noon or little after,so they go to the one on Albert Pike and the guy tells them they dont carry single wires that hed have to buy the coil pack which was $70, there happened to be another employer standing closeby and he asked the other guy Did u Look?, the guy replied I know we dont have them you can go look yourself if you want to, so he goes back there and is back in few minutes w the EXACT plug wire !! No apology to my parents or the guy who went to get it,it was like 4 or 5 dollars....Id asked my mom if they had got thier names but they hadnt,they wouldnt know How to get on the internet and look at reviews let alone WRITE one,so id like to say Thank You to the guy who helpedget them the part they needed, you are very much appreciated! You are one of the reasons we always come to Auto Zone for all our parts,great customer service,usually the guys in Auto Zone are Always Helpful and make you feel like youre in the right place . To bad this guy works for Auto Zone,

Had exactly what we needed for my car, great experiences. Nice customer service.Only problem I had was trying to turn into the lot. Omost got hit. People speed to much down that road.

You can't even get half of the parts you need no more I called them for apart they lied said they had it when I got their they didn't have it an they stop ordering parts for the customers just like wailmart even if you have the money they won't order it
