Drawn in by the marquee displaying a competitive CD rate, I was pleasantly surprised when I met Michael Brown, the bank manager, who was knowledgeable and professional at explaining the jargon in a way that made sense to someone who is not in finances. His personable manner won me and my husband over, and I can't recommend them enough.

Today was a very bad experience with the bank for family I referred to go open an account. Discrimination is a horrible thing and I will and make sure all my family members find a new place to business with. Who would think in 2019 people are still this way. UPDATE Also in 2021 i finally got my last family member to close their account so unprofessional they also had a horrible experience even with the bank manager who would not help at all, these being long time elders who had banked many many years here. Such a shame for their actions, but hey in this state banks are every block we are at a great bank now.

Wow u guys have bad reviews...should of read..before opening account. U guys r charging me $5 to get money out of oaklawn atm...it's saying an inquiry..n neverrrrr inquire.. no one will take it off.one lady said if get new card can get money back...?? She was rude n basically saying can get money back with a huge Hassel..

I do not & WOULD NOT use this bank for my personal banking, my business uses it. The customer service is awful. The tellers are not friendly at all & they all seem incompetent. Also it takes FOREVER, they are so slow about everything. My personal bank, Arvest, is so much better!!!

Been with OZK for several years and things were always between good and fair but a couple months back made an appt with a lady named Crystal to open up a CD and Money Market wit what I felt was a relatively large amount $ - show up at 2:00 called to open the locked door (COVID) told by Crystal in a very snarky tone that someone else came in off the street and could I wait.I waited 40min. left then received a call 2 1/2 hrs later by a sarcastic voice to reschedule . NopeI guess OZK doesn’t need my business. Still have an acct but not making any more deposits and closing soon.

This bank turned out to be awful after years of business together. Management changed & went down hill from there. If not for 1 employee we would have left years earlier. I'd look elsewhere.

I have always had great customer Service with this bank. Then it seems like the past 6 months it has dramatically changed. I have called with some concerns and ask to speak with someone that can help. I was not given the chance to speak with an account advisor, and in the end not helped.
