Books-A-Million is a large store that offers a wide range of books and entertainment items. The store sizes vary from 4,000 to 30,000 square feet, providing an extensive selection that includes books, magazines, autographed books, collectibles, toys, and music. Inside, there are special category shops that cater to diverse interests, making it a welcoming place for many passions. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, especially when ordering books not in stock, and find the store organized and clean with plenty of seats for reading. The store is well-stocked with different genres like anime, fiction, historical, and biography, along with metaphysical books, Tarot decks, sticker books, and educational materials for homeschooling. However, some experiences have been less positive, citing issues like a "magazine scam" and staff that seem unhelpful or difficult to find, which can affect the shopping experience. The store has also faced some inconvenience, such as the removal of a coffee shop, reducing visits. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy the vast selection and the atmosphere, making it a popular destination for book lovers and collectors alike.
