There were no signs of a repair being performed; the color was a perfect match for my ten-year-old car; and the work was completed much faster than I anticipated, three days. CarStar is a preferred body shop of my insurance company, USAA, so all the insurance adjuster issues were taken care of seamlessly – I only had to pay my deductible. Paperwork with the shop was minimal, since they already had most of the accident and insurance information from USAA, and I received status reports by text every day.
