Life is too short to do business with rude people like these. My vehicle was never ready on the dates promised (3 different missed dates) but they never called - we had to call them. And when my husband explained that we needed our vehicle when promised because we had an upcoming trip, the office admin said, "that's not my problem." They said they were doing us a favor by taking our business! No communication and rude = never again.

I need an appraisal done on my car after I was hit by a d*** deer. I took it to them because I was told by my Grandfather that they're best. I couldn't agree more! Timely, respectful, honest and trustworthy. I had my car appraised and they were done in less than 2 hrs.
