ZERO⭐Alex is a rude disrespectful worker. He hung up on me while I was talking and when I called back and told him he was being rude by hanging up on me he then said, yeah we're being rude right now because we have a lot of calls coming through and then hung up on me again.

I only wish I could give 0 stars! These people are professional LIARS! They sold me an "upgrade" phone with a three day battery that doesn't last one day. When I went back to talk to them all I got was ATTITUDE! The manager treated me like I was stupid. She should go back to McDonald's or wherever she learned her management skills! # THEWORSTSERVICEEVER

The sales lady, Desiree was great. I needed to switch my line over and add three additional lines. She was very patient and helped me every step of the way. I enjoyed the experience. It was much better than anticipated and I am happy with the service.

The sales girl Desire lied telling me the phone cases were ALL $10 she then proceeded to charge me a bundle deal she didn't mention totally $60 for 2 phone cases and extra stuff I didn't ask for or select myself?.That's insane. She admitted to NOT INFORMING US AND JUST CHARGING ME. then she tells us no refunds on accessories due to covid and there system being new...lame excuse..she had On NO PPE AND HAD THE NERVE TO MENTIONED COVID ..AFTER PUTTING THE CASE ON MY PHONE WITHOUT GLOVES, NO MASK NO NOTHING..It was the absolute worst experience and can wait to go back to METRO PCS NEXT MONTH.. DEFINITELY LOST 2 CUSTOMERS

You have to watch your plan mine has been changed twice without authorization or knowledge and just like other over the phone service representatives they will argue for hours over the phone just for that extra $5 oh plus the $4 store fee before your plan is restored. I now always video all store actions when i go there!
