Love Flex Fitness. I've been in hot springs for 10 years and this my favorite gym. Everyone is really nice, equipment is always good to go and OMG the new Sauna!! The best thing ever

I always have an excellent time at Flex Fitness. If something needs attention they will leave a note that it is being repaired. The gym is kept clean.
