I’m truly grateful for my experience at Orr Honda. Wilmer and Tim really worked hard to get me everything I wanted at a price I could afford. Plus paid off my trade in. Honestly there were no hidden cost Or voodoo involved! I was so skeptical after my last experience!I am excited about owning a vehicle that isn’t in the shop for weeks while getting repairs right after I buy it. My last experience was terrible!My advice, you know reliable vehicles are hard to find. Don’t fall for the dog and pony show. Go see my guys at Honda!I wish I could figure out how to add pictures. My new car is FABULOUS!?

My family purchased 2 vehicles in less than a year and half from Gregg Orr Honda in Hot Springs.I want to say that the second purchase was due our first purchase being involved in a minor accident and there were a couple things that we felt didn't get communicated to us during the negotiations of the purchase, and I felt was never resolved?I won't go into particulars on it, but to come to find out, some changes had been made since we were last there, earlier in the year.It was very obvious to me that some changes in leadership and direction had taken place, and a priority was made on restoring the customer service excellence, Gregg Orr Honda in Hot Springs has been known for, throughout the years.I want to thank Tex Holmes, of Gregg Orr Honda for reaching out to me and offering his help in clearing up any miscommunication or issues I experienced prior to him becoming the sales manager, at this location. I have a lot of respect for a man and a company that takes the time and effort to make things right for their customers and creating a win, win, for everyone.I highly recommend Gregg Orr Honda for a great experience in buying your next car or truck purchase.Thank you Gregg Orr Honda, and the great team who puts their customers first, and offers the best selection of cars and trucks, at the best prices.

Well first off, they told me that I was going to get the car at a rate of 6% that was a law it’s 8.7. They told me they were selling the car for 30,000 instead of 35,000 so they would knock $5000 off, it showing about $47,000 as what they charged me $10,000 in charges that I didn’t even need that I was never even ask about as a matter fact I’m gonna go down there tomorrow and see if I can get this straightened out because I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and if they don’t do something then I’ll hire a lawyer

All about running your credit right away, never had me sign a paper giving consent to pull it. Any question i asked, i never got a straight answer. Told numerous times that they were giving me everything they could but in the end they were being dishonest. I will never recommend this place for business. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

Every time I go in, they say I need “something”. If I have a low tire, they say I need new tires even though I just bought new tires 6 months prior. Every single time. They argue with me. Last straw was my transmission. They did service, 15,000 miles later it started slipping. They said I needed another service. I took it to Fryar’s Transmission. They hooked it up to computer, and found out there was nothing wrong with my transmission. There was a recall for my car for an update on the computer part of it was for the transmission. Took it back to Greg Orr Honda, after a much convincing, they finally updated my computer. My car was fixed, and transmission was no longer slipping. I have NEVER been back, nor will I ever go back to this place again.

Looking for a vehicle, ask for Tristan. I am sure all of the guys and gals there are awesome, but Tristan is our go to guy for the last two vehicles. Orr Honda is very friendly, and willing and able to get any Honda you want at any Honda dealership in the state. Want red and its only in Jonesboro, they'll get it. Want pearl and it's only in Arkadelphia, hold on a sec, they will get it. They want you to be happy, they want you satisfied, and most of all they treat you like they want you back! All of Gregg Orr is that way, so don't worry a out the hail damage, Gregg Orr will get you in any Honda within the state!

False advertising and dishonest! Wanted to buy a 2023 Ridgeline based on the price listed on their website. But then, they upped the price by $4500 at dealership claiming that EXTRAS were added to the vehicle, which I did not want! Also, the yahoo in front office was $6300 below what Kelly Blue Book listed for my trade-in, which I purchased new at Orr Honda. Claimed he could buy my car at an auction for much less. They don't use Kelly Blue Book at all! Do not recommend this dealership to anyone! Customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. By the way, the salesman at Orr was very honest and nice, unlike the front office! Got a canned response from Orr; the GM called and wanted to make everything right. Never heard from him again! WARNING, AVOID THEM!

We wanted to buy a 2023 Ridgeline from the dealership at the advertised price on their website. But then, thy upped the price at the dealerhip by $4500 claiming there were EXTRAS added, which I did not want. Also, my trade-in (which I purchased new at Orr Honda) was $6300 less than the Kelly Blue Book estimate. Do not recommend this dealership; customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them! By the way, the salesman was very honest and nice, unlike the front office.

I went today to get a vehicle. Crista, my salesperson, was really kind, patient, and not like one of your typical aggressive car salespeople (which I appreciate). The original vehicle I was going to buy was unavailable, but she was able to find me something that actually fit me better. The managers were also super helpful with the financing. Would recommend anyone looking for a new Honda (or a used vehicle) to come here and see Crista ?

We could not be more THRILLED!! Brian Sharrock was one of the most Courteous Salesmen we have ever come across. He actually listened to us about what we wanted and the things that meant most to us, did NOT push us, gave us a couple of days to think about it, check out other dealers (wow) and waited patiently for our reply! Called about purchasing a new Honda. Yes other dealers are asking markups. Yes the car is in demand. But when you call one day and the car is one price, then they don’t return your call so you call again. The price changes……well according to the new car manager. I guess the markup they were asking wasn’t enough. Do right by your clients and stop taking advantage of people! You do realize there are dealers selling at msrp right???
