I had car trouble with my car I rent and their making it like my fault I didn't return it to the location how can you get it there when there car trouble I rate it as 0 so now they are telling me I won't get my deposit back cuz cuz I violated all the rights and I can never rent from them again

Bad experience with Enterprise as they wouldn't let me have my reserved rental, went to Hertz and they still had a car a really nice well maintained vehicle and the process was very smooth and easy, if I ever need a rental again I'll definitely be doing Hertz!

First, let me say that any 5-star review is an absolute farce. We reserved our car ahead of time and, then, when we arrived to pick it up the male employee lied and told us, “there are no cars available.” We asked to speak with the manager and thank goodness for her! She came and told us that they did have cars available and asked him to bring a car around. When he brought the first car around it was filthy — the seats were covered in dog hair and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for a different vehicle and the guy’s response was, “Well, if you don’t like it, we don’t force anyone to rent cars.” His nasty attitude and unprofessionalism was only covered by the sweet lady manager who, again, insisted that he find us a clean vehicle. The manager is the only reason that I gave 2-stars instead of 1-star.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Sara the manager of this location. We had an issue at the Enterprise Rental office because they said they don't accept Vise or debit cards from Bank of America. It was 4:20 on 3/5 and I was not sure how I was going to get to Little Rock in the morning. I call the Hertz at the Hot Springs airport and Sara was able to get me a car and on my way. I want Sara to know how much I appreciate what she did for me and my wife. That is what customer service should look like. Thank you again Sara and I see why you are the manager. I'm calling your manager Larry, and letting him know how amazing you are.

Filed claim with insurance to use Hertz while car was being fixed. Twice they were supposed to pick me up and dropped the ball. Left voice-mail 3 days before to confirm they didn't forget me the second time. Never got a call back. Once I was finally able to make it there the rate insurance gave me was $4 lower than what Hertz was trying to charge me. Sarah had a terrible attitude about it. Slammed keys down. Was not at all friendly. Absolutely will never use them again. The only reason I did was because they were supposed to be cheaper than enterprise. Enterprise customer service is 1,000x better.

I was at the Arlington Hotel trying to get to Hertz before they closed at 5pm. I found a ride that could get me there at 5:05pm. I called and the Hertz representative and he said he could not wait 5 minutes for me to arrive. Hertz is a company whose purpose is to assist travelers...inherently customer service comes with the territory. Hertz lacks tremendously in the customer service area. I will NEVER attempt to utilize their services again.

Rented a car I already had damage I pointed it out before I left she agreed that they knew that it was already scratched up in the back went home to visit my mom at the hospital the cop came in and gave me a lady's name and number stated that she had hit the car on the front driver side call the insurance in I assume they took care of it but they sent me a link to where I can look at the balance due and they had the scratches that was already there plus what what Miss Sylvia Norris had already agreed to her insurance paid but yet I had to pay for the scratches that was already there that they knew that was there and I don't think it was right I really do believe they got the whole car fixed

Weren’t there when they said they would be. Closed early. Gave my company a car with a leaking tire and oil maintenance light on. When called they blew us off. Save your money and go to enterprise or budget. This location is TERRIBLE for service. I am here for business and spending an hour and a half at the tire shop to get the leak fixed because Hertz couldn’t bother to make sure they have a safe car to a customer.

Gave me the more expensive car without asking, then said the other one was gone early the next day, even though I rented at closing the day before. Never followed up to try to get me a car with more days, I guess they were just happy to get that 1270.00 The estimate was off and the excuse given, I was charged a full 24 hours the first day renting at 5pm. No proration for a true and honest rate? Hope I never need to return to rent here. Disappointed/Unsatisfactory Experience 9/8/2022

I was in an accident and went to retrieve my vehicle from Hertz and she proceeded to tell me that “she couldn’t make cars magically appear.” Incredibly rude, unsympathetic and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Jolie is awesome. Never experienced better customer service when renting a car. Had everything ready and easy to make transitions. Will always use Hertz at the Hot Springs airport when needing a rental. A+++

Worst customer service ever. Contacted, arranged & confirmed a car was available and will pickup the next morning at 8 am. Arrived and was told they have no cars. I was told you never spoke to anyone here!!! I was told that insurance didn't even send the approval over until this morning. I explained that I spoke with someone the day previous, that person had the approval from insurance and that person said they had a car ready. I was told this is not so and that I never spoke to anyone there. I left and returned to see a 2nd person there which happened to be the person I spoke with. She stated that they will have cars but not until later on. I said when we spoke you stated you have a car and would hold it for a 8 am pickup. She didn't remember saying anything like that! I stated do you think I drove 20 miles and making this stuff up? She apologized and I accepted. Before leaving I asked her when the insurance approval was received and she stated yesterday - I told her that the other girl stated that insurance didn't send it over until this morning so she lied and was calling me a liar! Now they are going to call me when they have a car ready, keys pulled, keys attached to my reservation and ready for pickup! Once again worst service ever - 20 mi drive in, 20 mile drive home for nothing. Then I'll have another 40 mile round trip when its ready to pick up - or will they give it to someone else??? We'll see!

DO NOT GO HERE.Only made this to share my experience, because it was so horrid. Sent here through my insurance to receive a rental for $25 a day, for a standard vehicle. Was told by the only worker that day, that indeed that is what I will be charged. My insurance said this as well.Bill comes through, and I am charged $52 a day (which is a rate for their SUVs) when they gave me a Toyota Camry 4D Sedan. Outrageous.Upon calling them to remedy this, Supervisor refused to look into this, said that it was correct and that "A lot of people try to pull this same thing, and it never works."If my Claim Handlers can look at this and tell me right away that there is something wrong with this, it should not be pulling teeth to get the rate I was guaranteed.DO NOT TRUST THEM BEING NICE AT FIRST. It will change once they get your Debit card information.

Joely, the manager, was super helpful during the snowstorm and was very accommodating. She did not expect the truck to be returned in the snow and told us to keep it until it was safe to get out and drive. She did not charge us any extra due to the storm. Thank you for looking out for the customer as well as your vehicle.
