Absolutely loved this little cabin, it had everything you could need! The back porch was one of our favorite parts, great spot to drink your morning coffee. A very pretty drive and tons of good restaurants on the way through, the manager Tyler was very nice also, 11/10

Beautiful cottages and fairly roomy. All the amenities you can expect. It was quiet and in a good area of town. The rooms are clean and new. The cafe is amazing!

What pleasant experience! I was pleasantly surprised by the Best Court in Hot Springs AR. The property is older, I believe they said it was built sometime in the 1930s. It it looks like the owner has put a lot of money into fixing it up, and it shows. Everything from the parking lot to the exterior seemed clean and well maintained. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable. Absolutely loved this place. I would highly recommend staying here!

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything!Our original destination was not Hot Springs, so we had not made any arrangements for accommodations in the area. We drove by Best Court unintentionally and knew instantly that we wanted to check them out. A one night stay tuned into 3 nights because the room was so comfortable, and the location was so convenient.The staff was friendly and offered recommendations for restaurants off-site, but Best Cafe was super convenient for breakfast.It being the off-season, [Jan 2024] we had no trouble with quick and attentive service at every turn.

Large, comfy, clean rooms. Easy parking. Would reccomed and will stay there again on my next visit. Centrally located to all the fun things to do in and out of town. Excellent service from the staff.

We stayed here for a long weekend away. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed in #19 and it was just as pictured and extremely clean. The hotel manager, Matthew, was very helpful and friendly! He made himself available for anything we needed. The on site restaurant had great food and it was nice to eat breakfast there every morning. I’d definitely stay here again and am already planning my next trip. You can’t beat the customer service, prices and accommodations!Rooms: Very clean, comfortable bed, nice sitting area and eating area.Safety: Felt safe and was very quiet.Walkability: Perfect distance to everythingFood & drinks: Delicious breakfast and lunch - didn’t have dinner.

This little cottage motel will go down as one of my favorite lodging spots ever! The room was clean, cute, and cozy. The staff were so kind and helpful. The attached cafe had absolutely delicious breakfast! I felt safe, happy, and relaxed during my stay. I will be recommending Best Court to anyone I know going to Hot Springs!

Really enjoyed our time here at these cottages, the location was so close to the downtown area and the nearby breakfast place is a must go! Would highly recommend as the place is super clean, close and they provide a huge amount of options to see local businesses. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to hot springs!Rooms: The rooms were basic but that’s all we needed, had more than enough space for the two of us, super clean and comfortable!Walkability: Easy to access once you get past the front steps. Super close to the old downtown area about a 10-15 minute walk.

Pleasantly surprised at how charming these little cottages are! Looks brand new, beautiful, clean, walking distance from the bath houses and for me, great place to spend Christmas!I would definitely stay here again!
