Ive taken both my dogs here several times and they are very professional and caring staff. They treat the animals and owners very well when they come in and try to tell you about discounts for products/services.

Took my 14 year old weiner dog (who is an established patient of theirs) here a few days ago because he had developed a severe cough over the weekend ... They advertise that they take walk-ins, so without an appointment I took him and all the cash I had, $100... They wouldn't even look at him. Said it costs 85 to walk-in and 25 for rabies shot, so my measly hundred bucks wouldn't even get him in the door... Said I could apply for a dog care credit card and come back if it was approved. No compassion for their patients... No option to give them the $100 and pay off the rest... No care if my family member lives or dies... I'll never give them my business, my time, my trust or my money ever again.

This vet is great! You can tell they truly care for your pets. We've boarded and taken our dogs there regularly for years now, and they've been such a blessing. I highly recommend them! I know we'll continue using their services.

Clinic was able to see our cat within the day without an appointment. Staff were nice and courteous and doctor was quick to diagnose. Kitty Bones was quickly on the road to recovery from his crystals in the urine.

TL:DR They refused to give me my dog for being five minutes late. Their reviews are mostly paid for.I took my dog to Hot Springs Animal Hospital for daycare since I injured my foot and my dog has been getting cabin fever from the sharp drop in activity. When I called to make a reservation, they picked up the phone and then put me on hold for almost 10 minutes before I hung up, called back and almost immediately got someone on the phone. I figured they were busy, so not a huge deal. When I went to drop my dog off, Addison was working the front desk and spent nearly the entire time complaining about the phones ringing and expressing annoyance that someone hung up and called back (after being on hold for more than 5 minutes). When it came time to sign the boarding agreement, Addison told me there wasn't a physical copy, just what was on the monitor and that I should sign it anyways because it's a standard boarding agreement. This should have been a red flag.Fast forward to the end of the day. I was caught on a work call that was running long and it looked like I might be a couple of minutes late. I couldn't stop the call to take the 10 plus minutes needed to get ahold of someone, but I figured they would give a courtesy call so I could drop for the 15 seconds it would take to tell them I'm running a 5 minutes late. No call ever came, and my work call ended 2 minutes before they closed.I immediately tried calling Hot Springs Animal Hospital, the phone rang a couple of times before going to voicemail. I called again, and the same thing happened. It was almost like Addison was sending incoming calls to voicemail because it was close enough to closing to not be her problem. After 5:30, their system goes straight to an automated message.I arrived at Hot Springs Animal Hospital 5 minutes after it closed, knocked on the door, tried calling, but nothing. When Addison and her co-worker came out about 15 minutes later, Addison explained that she called her manager when it was getting close to closing to see what she should do, and apparently the thought of calling the owner never occurred to either of them. Addison thought it was foreign concept when I mentioned that this is how every professional boarder I've dealt with (including the one my sister is an office manager of). Addison refused to give me my dog back claiming that she processed the paperwork for an overnight stay so she couldn't give him back. Even when I said I was fine paying the overnight rate, just give me back my dog, she said she couldn't and that I should come back when they opened. When I went to go pick up my dog, it took them another 10 minutes to get the invoice together because it was never changed to the overnight like Addison claimed she had done. While they were trying to fix Addison's laziness/incompetence, I noticed that they offer 10% off of services (including vet services) for leaving a review on google, before you paid, before you get your dog back.I also don't know that the conditions are like back in the kennels, but my dog came back reeking so bad, I had to give him another bath after bathing him earlier in the week.Just an overall poorly run place with some incompetent or lazy staff members.

I called them due to an emergency with my 18 year old pug. We ended up having to let her cross the rainbow bridge but they were there for us. They got us in right away, treated us with compassion, and helped us. I will never take my dogs anywhere else.
