This hotel is an excellent place to stay when visiting Hot Springs. It is historically significant. It looks and feels that way - the wooden floors squeak appropriately. The rooms with tubs are extra special and worth it. The service is outstanding. We were given a tour of the hotel and the room to explain the amenities. Coffee is available 24/7 and will be delivered to the room. It did not go unnoticed that code is served with heated cups! The restaurant is cozy and the food and drinks are well prepared. There is a happy hour to enjoy. The owners and staff are visible and engaged in making the experience as close to perfect as possible. I must also mention the breakfast that is ready for you upon your arrival at the lobby in the morning.

Not worth it, you pay for the room then taxed to death after, county tax, city tax, tour tax, state tax, this tax that tax, what ever tax they can think of tax. It's ridiculous. Just a matter of time before they are charging a oxygen tax. No one should be supporting over taxation.

Being nearly full time travelers, we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in this price range and class. The Hotel Hale certainly delivers good value, great service, at an ideal location while visiting Hot Springs National Park.We rarely eat in hotels, but given breakfast came with the room rate, we opted to do so. We enjoyed Sunday brunch and Monday’s ‘standard.’Having coffee delivered directly to your room at your requested time is really a nice touch. And, regarding morning options, we got to select from the full brunch menu, and both the salmon Benedict and particular the crab cake Benedict were very good. For the standard breakfast, we opted for the spinach & feta quiche which was quite tasty and filling. Because our breakfast was so good, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant one evening. We each had a salad, and we were quite pleased. The restaurant is a lovely setting.Something you rarely see these days is the owner of an establishment being not only present, but actively involved in running day to day operations. This approach certainly seems to set a standard of care throughout the entire staff and facility.Parking is a bit challenging, but valet is offered. We opted to park in the Free Parking structure (once we found a spot) and walk the few blocks to the hotel — which worked out perfectly fine for us.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They had cookies waiting on our arrival. Water supplied in the room. Wonderful breakfast options. Amazing location! Very quite. Perfect for a nice get away. It is an older hotel so it doesn’t have a the new features, but still a wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Stopped in during a road trip from the east cost. The our room was beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable and tub in the buckstaff room was the perfect size. The owners and staff were so wonderfully kind and friendly. I wish we had more time to spend here, but will have to come back!

My husband and I have traveled a lot. We've stayed at Airbnb's and all kinds of hotels and this was our absolute favorite trip. We were so relaxed and happy while staying at Hotel Hale. The restaurant on the first floor is wonderful as well. The staff provided the classic hotel service that is rare to find now.We had valet for our truck, bellhop service and anything we asked about or for was taken care of. I cannot wait to go back and relax again.Rooms: The rooms are nice and the spring fed tub is my favorite part!Walkability: There's plenty of places to visit while walking around the area. The small shops are unique and have creative and beautiful items.

This is a unique and special spot. The folks have converted this old bathhouse into a nine room bed-and-breakfast. I know they call it a hotel but it’s really more like a bed-and-breakfast because they have a public restaurant and your brunch is on the weekends or breakfast during the weekdays is included in the price. And they take a lot of pride in their food. Believe it or not chicken and sausage gumbo is available for brunch on the weekends and it was wonderful. The rooms main feature is that the Hot Springs that the town is famous for is the hot water that fills up your large corner tub in your room.It actually has to be cooled down with the cold water or allowed to sit because it comes out steaming. Now whether or not it ever has healing properties, as historically always claimed in Hot Springs areas, I cannot tell you. But I do believe it must have some magnesium in it or something because it sure does help you rest well. Now parking is a little bit of an issue because of being directly on bathhouse row. We did the valet, which is more convenient than trying to find a spot especially if it’s a crowded weekend. It’s clear to me that the folks that run this are really trying to make this a destination spot, and I would happily stay there again.

The level of service we experienced at Hotel Hale was truly phenomenal! From start to finish our stay felt decadent and special. The complimentary breakfast and brunch was a huge add for us as was the complimentary coffee service and endless supply of mineral water. We stayed 3 nights in the Fordyce room and enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful and being able to enjoy a huge soaking tub filled with water right from the hot springs every day was a treat all in itself. But the thing that really sets this place a part is the level of service and included amenities they provide. They should be extremely proud of their staff and the experience they are cultivating there. We look forward to returning. Also, if you go to brunch, don't skip the bloody mary! We loved their housemade mix!

We have only enjoyed the restaurant as we have a vacation house in hot springs village, but we LOVE Eden! The owners of the hotel always come to talk with us and the staff is friendly and helpful. I imagine the stay is just as great!!

We stayed a long weekend at the Hale Hotel in the Superior Room. The entire stay felt very high quality, from the hot drinks delivered to your room in the morning to the friendly service at the front desk. We loved our historic room and hot baths in the hot spring water pumped right to our bathtub! We ate the included free brunch and breakfast and appetizers at happy hour here, and decided it was the best food we’ve ever had in a national park. The location couldn’t be beat, and we would definitely stay here again. We had a big snowstorm come through halfway through our stay and literally everything on bathhouse row shut down, but the staff at Hotel Hale continued service and the owners even stayed overnight to make sure the guests had a great time. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Hale!Rooms: Extremely clean and detailed, period-accurate decorSafety: Extremely safe with 24 hour front desk coverage and a safe areaWalkability: Can walk to all the places on bathhouse row and the nearby shops and restaurants; we never used our car. Free parking in the parking garage one block downFood & drinks: Really good food; included brunch on the weekends or breakfast during the week. They deliver hot drinks of your choice to your room every morning

We had a ball at Hotel Hale. Great restaurant as well. The staff, including the owner who is also the mayor of Hot Springs were very friendly, kind and helpful. We live only 15 miles away and are already talking about our next stay. Yes a little pricey but well worth it.Nearby activities: We had never been to downtown Hot Springs but have driven through 50+ times since we moved to Arkansas two years ago. We enjoyed the shops and the food and beverage options nearby.Food & drinks: Great beer at Superior Bathhouse and Brewery. Food was excellent there too. The Ohio Club was excellent and The Pancake Shop was fun and great food and service.

Amazing stay! If you want the full experience of bathhouse row this is the place to stay. The service is impeccable, everyone is so friendly and always greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms are a treasure, and of course the luxurious bath time in spring water is not to be missed. Every detail you can think of is impeccable to give anyone a delightful experience. The restaurant Eden is a treasured experience with amazing food variety. They offered mocktails which was a delight since I do not drink alcohol. I had the hibiscus drink and it was fantastic! Coffee gets delivered to your room at the time you request. The last day I asked for it a little early, without hesitation Josh brought it up within minutes. I just can’t say enough about the extreme joy it was to stay here.My husband and I booked Hotel Hale for our 18th wedding anniversary. Hot Springs has become a frequent visiting place for us, we love it here. We took advantage of hiking, Christmas lights, bathhouses, and while seemed busy we relaxed the most here at Hotel Hale. We most certainly will be back for another visit.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Hale, where we stayed in the Buckstaff room. The furnishings were great, including the LARGE soaking tub with piped water from the hot springs. This room does face the road, however, so it was quite noisy at times. There were light and sound-dampening curtains in the room, which we appreciated. Honestly, we enjoyed soaking in our own personal tub so much that we didn't even make it to the actual public bath-houses! There is room service with daily coffee/tee service in the rooms, and breakfast/brunch was included downstairs in the Eden restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious! We ate there 3 times during our stay! I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the valet parking while here. There IS free parking available, but it is a little walk from the hotel. To be honest, we didn't use the car much, as everything downtown is SO walkable from the hotel! You can do hiking from the Grand Promenade outback, including seeing some natural springs and the observation tower. You are also just doors down from the other historic bathhouses. The Hotel Hale staff was also phenomenal! We instantly felt welcomed. Pat, Robert, and Lindsey were quite friendly. They were eager to give suggestions about what to see and do in Hot Springs. They were also helpful on our day of discharge, getting us seated in Eden and our orders out promptly to help us get out in time for our flight. We are excited to plan our next trip to Hot Springs, and we'll be planning to stay at Hotel Hale next time as well!

Excellent stay! Really enjoyed the hot springs bath. Excellent detail to hospitality, complimentary breakfast, coffee delivered to your door. In the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Parking will mote than likely be in the exchange street parking garage, but we left our vehicle overnight with no issues. Loved the uniqueness of the stay, thank you again!Rooms: Very luxury feel with a hot spring water to fill the tub!
