Was told I could fill my meds on the 9th went to fill them today and they said I had 7 days left when my bottle says the 11th. She was very rude and is a pharmacy tech I will be changing pharmacies.

They were very helpful assisting me with using a prescription discount card that I didn't even know about, which saved me hundreds of dollars.

I have been using Kroger Pharmacy here for nearly 10 years. We moved 7 years ago to another part if town but I can't bring myself to switch to something closer. The way they take care of my family by timeliness and profeasionalism has made me want to stay with them. Excellent pharmacy choice!

Maskless employees or those using mask only for chinstrap. I feel unsafe but don't trust delivery for my fresh fruit. We're in a PANDEMIC

Selection is great and easy to get in and out of. I applied for a job there but didn't get even a call back to tell me after the interview if it was a yes or no. The interviewer was very nice but I was left hanging but my call was not returned. Would have been nice to work there.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Doesn't matter when you send in your refill even if it is a week it will not be ready for pick up. They do not have to count out birth control why do I have to wait days for my refill every month? Everytime I have to sit up there for half an hour for them to get it off a shelf after I called the prescription in three days prior.

I just spoke with somebody about a possible job opportunity at my local Kroger. In Hot Springs Arkansas. I was informed that because it is a union job and a right to work state which means you don't have to join the union. That because I am disabled they were not able to accommodate my needs. Because I cannot work specific days or times because of treatments. They were unable to work with me and I would have to work whatever shift they gave me. Now that I think about it I have never seen a disabled person working at Kroger.

This store has some of the items we were looking for. It's a little small and has fewer items. The only problem is, customer service. One cashier during a Friday evening??? You have to bag your own groceries which I won't complain if I am going through Self Service. The problem with Self Service line is, their machines always malfunctioned. It doesn't matter if we go through a Kroger or Fred Meyer in Oregon and Washington. I know that so I never go through their Self Service line. It will take more time going through their self service line because of their machines. Their commercials on tv sound so good. It's not true.

Kroger always does a great job at this store. Can't miss shopping here. They're customer service is great. The Pharmacy has usually a LONG WAIT TIME. They need to either get more help or the company needs to figure out efficient way to take care of supply & demand if they wish to keep customers.

I have used them for years. Amazing staff. Excellent service. I would never ever go to another pharmacy. I really can't say enough about the staff. Sincerely they are awesome. I have never worked for them and I only know them professionally as a customer. Thanks to all of them for making my life easier.
