“My wife and I came in from Texas for a 5 day vacation in hot springs village. As a bourbon hunter, lover and drinker this small little shop had a little bit of everything. While also having a wide range of varieties. For the size of the shop, I would definitely say their prices were competitive with bigger stores. Great prices and value overall.
I ended up actually finding a bottle of Knob Creek 12 year for a good price , which was really surprising due to being from Texas that is normally a harder to find bottle. I also appreciate that the older lady behind the counter was open to talk about the bottles they had behind the counter, I say that because a lot of stores like to hide and not show bottles. I also appreciated the free samples on some bourbons Ive never tried or heard of.
Overall 10/10 store. Everything you look for in a local neighborhood store.”

“I give 5 stars for prices but 1 for being followed around like I’m a criminal. Was my first time ever in there days ago . I’ve been through drive thru a number of times never inside . Instead of helping me they made me feel like a complete idiot . Now they have some of the best prices in town . Also what made me made they wouldn’t let me break up into two different transactions. I was trying to get me something on one card then break up into a different bag for another person and they wouldn’t do a thing said no . So I had to spend all my money and person I helped can’t pay me back until next week . So it’s a 1 star and a 5 for the price but I’ll never go back inside followed around like an idiot .”

“I got back into town late... wanted to have a nice top-shelf drink to relax & finish off the night.
The staff (Jazz) was respectful & very helpful (this is important because I just came from Happy's Liquor, and I simply walked away because of the lack of customer service). J&B's shared their knowledge of brands and helped me make an informed decision.
So even though it's out of my way, I will drive past other businesses to go to J&B's in the future. Their selection isn't what I typically am looking for, but the customer service is definitely what I expect.
So drive further down the road like I did. J&B's customer service shined tonight in contrast to competitors.”
