“I ordered two chairs in October. They arrived in November but one was the wrong color. The store indicated they would reorder to fix the problem. After much frustration and corresponding with the ordering department multiple times, I contacted the store again. Waite Lindsey, our original sales consultant, took ownership of the problem. He even drove to the Little Rock store to pick up our new chair (in February - four months after the initial order). Waite is truly focused on customer service and delivering what the customer ordered and Cost Plus Furniture should be aware that he is an outstanding employee. One star for the ordering department but five stars for Waite!”
