“I went in today to order my mother a boot for her foot and they did not have it in stock. Let me tell you Doug and his wife went above and beyond to help it find it for my mom. He even suggested going to Little Rock to speak to my mother’s wound care doctor to see if the boot was fit for her to wear. I ended up having to order it from another website which was fine for us. But this is the place to go! But we’re so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend them to others this is the place to go if you need anything for your family. I believe he has a store in Little Rock as well!”
“I am from East Texas a CPAP user, Lincare is currently not my provider ( we don’t have a Lincare in my small hometown). I was on a Women’s retreat in Hot Springs and forgot the electrical cord to my CPAP machine. I called Lincare Hot Springs and explained my situation. I asked if I could purchase one or rent one for four days, I was instructed to come into the office and they could help me. When I got to the office everyone was so kind and helpful, I was provided with an electrical cord, then they even tested it on my machine to make sure it worked. To my surprise when I asked how much I owed they said it was a gift, no charge. The staff went over and beyond my greatest expectations to accommodate me. This is an amazing company in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
