My right hearing aid stopped working and Hannah at the Hot Springs office was my hero. She told me to come right in, she replaced the receiver and I was back in business. Thanks Hannah.Super friendly and helpful.

Unknown to me but I had old hearing aid pieces in my ear canals. I began experiencing pain in Oct 23, Dr diagnosed ear infection. A few nites later, agonizing pain all nite. Went to ER next am where Dr found objects but could not remove. Fortunately local ENT did remove objects. But unbelievably, manager of Miracle Ear had noted some months earlier that I had black foreign objects in ear canals & never even mentioned it! Another time she made an appt for me at Hot springs village location & never showed up! Left 2 customers waiting 1 hour & 30 min respectively. Later told me she had never been to that location & was not going to schedule any more appts there. Too inconvenient for HER.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! My grandmother was very anxious about getting into see them made an appointment and everything and they did not even have the goal to call her and let her know that they were not going to be open at the time for appointment! Extremely disappointed! Pay thousands for hearing aids and you can’t even get anybody to help you even when you make an appointment! Zero stars all the way around

Wasted my money for the gas and an hour trip to and from Hot Springs. Only to be told, " I have good news and bad news for you. We have a level 1 hearing aid, but because ours is so much better than all the other hearing level 1 hearing aids. The cost is a level 2 hearing aid, so your insurance will not cover it." So I asked, "How much." She then stated 9 hundred plus. I told her, "I dont have that much to purchase it. My insurance only pays for a level 1. I asked her since they said they had a level 1 to my insurance provider wasn't it supposed to be covered? I asked her, " Do you know any other hearing aid places that you can refur me to?"She replied it wasn't her job to be my personal secretary, that I could look it up on any phone that has google search. "That was my first time to Miracle ear. It will also be my last time." I think if you're looking for someone to care for your hearing, find someone else other than. a Miracle Ear hearing store to help you!"UPDATE:I would like to know who is apologizing to me and if you fired that employee? If you didn't and your business crashes because of her. Just know I (Tam) wrote this review straight from the heart. I don't want anyone to be treated the way your employee treated me. ? NO ONE!My husband keeps getting your unsolicited business mailings. Your business could at least send out announcements that you are under new management and apologize for the previous owners' employees' conduct. That is how to do business. I don't take the time to write lies. What I wrote is the " BOLD FACE TRUTH." I'm happy someone is doing a much better job now, it would appear. ? kudos

After a difficult time trying to find a hearing aid that my 83yo mom could work w easily and with confidence, I took my 83yo mom to an appt with Julie, a hearing specialist, this past week. I could not have asked for better and more complete care for my mom. Julie is one in million! She was so attentive to my mom's hearing needs and overall health! We spent at least a solid two hours with her to obtain a hearing test and hearing aid selection based on her needs. Julie is a gem in the Miracle Ear family and I hope they realize what a fantastic asset they have in her! I feel very confident that my mom's hearing needs will be met and follow up issues will be handled quickly and without delay. Thank you so much, Julie! You made this difficult issue more bearable, both for myself and my mom. I can never thank you enough! ❤️

Thank you Miracle Ear-Hot Spring. What a wonderful experience. Julie went above and beyond to make the visit very fruitful. I've had hearing aids for several years, but Julie was able to make adjustments that really help my hearing. Her knowledge of the hearing aids is remarkable. She taught me a lot about the devices that I wear and how to adjust them. Thank you, Julie.

Kelly at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Julie Clifton is very personable, caring and very thorough with her exam. She is also very patient and willing to answer any questions you might have.
