DON'T USE THIS PENSKE LOCATION! I made my reservation 2 weeks ago, responded to all the Penske confirmations as required, even yesterday...only to arrive to this location had NO TRUCK...NOT EVEN ANYONE AT THE LOCATION, a neighbor business said they're on vacation! HOW IRRESPONSIBLE!

Had a reservation for over a month and when I went to pick up the truck and car hauler, the hauler wasnt there and the lady couldn't even locate 1 but still tried to rent me the truck, lol. Dont need the truck without the hauler. Ridiculous

I sprained my ankle at this establishment and had to go to the hospital due to all the damn potholes in their parking lot, and not one of their ppl helped me up. I'm hoping my lawyer will help this situation. Worst absolute worst place ever and will never go through them !!!!!!!! My lawyer will be speaking with them

horrible customer service, the elder guy answering the phone keeps on dropping the call on purpose even after i told him call me back if we get disconnected for the 2nd time. i currently have 1 of their semi trucks and i cant get in touch with no one. very unprofessional.
