WORLD'S WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T GO TO PETSMART IF IT WAS THE LAST PET STORE IN THE WORLD MY PITBULL WOULD EAT WHAT I ATE!!!

The Team Lead told me they couldn’t groom my pup due to some matting of the fur on her ears. She advised me to go the the vet to have my pup vet shaved on the ears bc if they did it they could possibly cut a vein on her ears or by cutting the fur blood could pool. She proceeded to call another groomer over to look at my pup and she told me the same thing. I asked them a few questions like what did I need to tell the vet, etc. I asked could they just give her a bath, the Team Lead said no, I asked could they clip her nails, she said no. Not to mention she had called me 2 hours before my appointment asking me to come in early because a storm was coming in. I left the store, logged in my online account and cancelled my appointment since they could provide any services. Took my pup to the vet the same day as they stated I had to do. I tired logging into the system a few days later to schedule a grooming and I couldn’t sign in. I typically use the salon in Benton so I called them to schedule a grooming, they told me another PetSmart and it set in the system that I couldn’t schedule a grooming session. I assumed the Hot Springs location had done that to make sure I had her ear dematted. I called the Hot Springs store to learn that I was what the associate called red listed. The Team Lead Nicole had lied saying I had an attitude, was rude and she felt threatened. After speaking with a store manager, giving her the time I was in the location and requesting that she view the video of me in the store, 3 hours later the block was removed. I was able to take my pup to the Benton location that I normally use. The store manager was extremely helpful, but I will NEVER shop or book a grooming at this Hot Springs location. The Team Lead is not a honest person and shouldn’t have her position. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like they didn’t want to service me.I have contacted Corporate as well.

I was sent a $100 gift card, but the Hot Springs location won't get a dime of it back.

The grooming salon people are the worst! They are mean and unkind and I would not trust people like that to take care of my dogs. So no I am not going there again. Where mean angry people greet you!! Customer Service is 0. I hope a manager sees this and does smth about it!!

Laura took care of my little dog today, Holly Bear. She did an awesome job. I would definitely bring my dog back here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and the dogs they worked on.
