“I don’t print much since you can do most things digitally but sometimes you need paper print outs. Bc of lack of use my ink jet printer clogged up! So I go online to Office Depot and email it to them. Then they emailed me a code to use when I go in to store and use the self service printer. You have 24 hours then it’s deleted. Even though this was Sunday there was a line for the print department and looked like only one woman was working there. Then from another department a voice speaks up, “Anyone need self service printer?” I raised my hand and Tony waves me over to the printer and I explained I emailed document in and had a code. He asked me how many pages and how many copies and B&W or color. He explained since I needed two copies to check first one before printing second copy to insure everything was correct. I’m 80 and have worked in retail and other jobs dealing with the public for over 50 years. As having been a manger this is the type of worker I loved having!! Someone with a great attitude! Even if they don’t know anything you can train them. What you can’t train is ATTITUDE! My first rule of life is: ATTITUDE DETERMINES EVERYTHING! Thanks Tony for being so helpful!”
