DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS PLACE. You would be much better off using a different storage in town. I entrusted Red Dot with my belongings and that was a HUGE mistake. My unit got broken into and a lot of my stuff got stolen including personal information that is now at risk to be used and sentimental memorabilia that I will never get back. I feel completely violated. Red Dot did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. They would never check the video camera footage for me and would never send it to me either. There was a camera RIGHT NEXT to my unit too. That proves that either the surveillance cameras don’t work or it was an inside job. I called several times regarding this tragedy I encountered and I eventually just gave up after realizing that Red Dot was not going to do anything. I even continued to pay my monthly fee until I got the rest of my stuff out even though Red Dot did not deserve it after they ALLOWED such a thing to happen. In my opinion, I feel like Red Dot OWES ME. I STRONGLY advise everyone to think twice about this place and make a wiser choice than I did. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

I give it a five-star because it was easily handled online, the convenience of it is wonderful I was in and out pretty much all day and night getting my stuff in there and I think that was excellent it was a great service all together so I appreciate you all thank you very much for being there when I needed you.

Seems to be a good indoor storage although the gate or one of the doors is always not working. I’ve seen homeless persons trying to break in to outdoor units and called police. Largest complaint is 2 price increases within a year. Each for $40-50 so beware. (Around a 20-25% each). Crazy. We’ll be leaving soon and they can have their unit back.

4 stars...it's nearly impossible to get 5 out of ME these days. Going to Red Dot, we didn't know what to expect because we're used to "on-site" management. We were leery and expected the worst. We were pleasantly surprised to see a clean facility that we felt relatively safe at. Your always going to have people that trash a place like this because they are moving out and no longer care...but for Red Dots part? It would seem they're doing all they can.

The email did not give good instructions about how to enter property or find the rented unit. Once inside the number on email did not exactly match the number on unit so I had to call customer service and she pretty much said OK and hung up on me. There was a green thing on the lock that was not able to be removed without extreme force. It was just not a pleasant initial experience. As I went around building to exit, I noticed units that had stuff hanging out and appeared to have been broken into, which left me with a very uneasy feeling.

I reserved 4 units of storage. I told them this was a large move through west coast to east coast with a 40 foot truck. I paid for my first month. A friend lives by the storage unit and realized that not only would the truck not fit down the road but, it wouldn't fit through the gate. I called, obviously to let them know the problem and to cancel the storage. Instead of refunding all my money they said there was a nonrefundable 15 dollar administrative charge. I know it's only 15 dollars but, why should I pay for their mistake. Now, it has thrown off my move because I thought i had what i needed and now i am frantic. Thanks red dot for the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. They are based in the Caribbean and have no manager or supervisor to talk to if you have a problem. I would not use this company.

This place is a FREUD, unfortunately! I rented an outside unit (UNIT 0819 TO BE EXACT) The last time we visited the unit was in September 2021. We went to move our belongings on January 30, 2022 and MY LOCK and the UNIT had been completely cleaned out. NO sign of rummaging or damage, just CLEARED OUT!!! I had all the receipts of payment and when I called the company, they give me the run around with no explanation. I spoke with multiple representatives AND the onsite manager (Jessie) and he said that my unit has been cleared out for over two months since he started there. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY STUFF IS!!!!! AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME ABOUT A BREAK IN!!! HOW are companies like this held accountable? How do you leave your things in a trusted facility and come back months later to nothing and no explanations.I filed a police report, and will be having my attorney request the video footage.

Updated:::::: they fixed the hours but my unit was broken into, the lock replaced with a cheap lock that I didn't have access to, the razor fence cut and my unit ransacked robbed and vandalized. My mother's ashes stolen being the most painful.. been over a month and I havent heard but one email from them. They expect their payment in time or I'm locked out of unit,yet when I pay for the protection I get crickets when I need to use it.. this is the worst experience I've ever had with a facility. The only reason we chose to rent the outrageous priced locker was advertised as 24 hour access. But gate locks at 7 pm! Due to work hours we are never able to access our unit. Don't advertise as 24 hours! Last month renting this unit!

Just found out that my unit had been broken into by a customer who came into my store. They JUST rented a unit there two weeks ago and theirs was broken into also. There was no contact whatsoever through email, phone call or letter by Red Dot Storage. The lock was replaced by the so called "security" and confirmed that Red Dot Storage was contacted stating that the unit was burglarized and the lock was replaced. Why can Red Dot Storage be contacted and made aware of this, but not the OWNER of the property stolen? The lock was replaced 1/23/2021 and this was brought to my attention 1/27/2021 by another renter, NOT RED DOT STORAGE!!Why was I not notified when they have all of my contact information!!The representative was very understanding and reassured me that I would hear from "someone" today by the close of business as to why nothing was done.I had to contact them to get the combination for THEIR replacement lock to even assess what was missing.What is missing, CANNOT be replaced, but they sure received their payment! I am beyond upset and with little or no recourse, am totallywithout any help. Local police dept. stated that this occurs frequently at this location. Completely disgusted!
