Banking made easy. I'm a senior citizen time's are changing and I'm also in a wheelchair. I've managed to do 99% of my banking online in the last eight years. I've been in a branch office only three times out of the eight years. I've moved to four different states in the last eight years banking with REGIONS BANK...........

We've been with Regions for 22 years and never had any problems. But their overdraft fee is double than most other banks. And if you lose your debit card you just go to the main branch downtown and they'll print you out a new one that only takes 5 mins.

Chessa Williams is a competent advisor, and it’s nice to be back with Regions to do my banking!

I got there in drive thru early. After waiting to make a deposit. I got in the wrong line. But if you are running short of help you should only open the windows that have people to man them. I'm disabled can't want steps to get in. After waiting someone sent the tube. I put the deposit in and sent it back. Someone then pulled up did there thing then left. I finally get to make my deposit. Took 7 minutes to make a deposit. Ridiculous .

I opened a new checking and savings account here. When I signed up, i SPECIFICALLY told them “I do NOT want overdraft for this account.” I said that for a reason and made sure I got protection. Everything was good for a few months, then all the sudden.. my account kept going negative!!! I specifically told the lady who opened my account that I want overdraft protection. (i watched her add protection to it and signed the paper stating it) (contract). Then come to find out, my savings account is GONE and apparently I never opened one.. funny that I never opened one when I was using it for almost a year. I have the AWFUL app on my phone and have screenshots to prove I had a savings account. I had money in there that just disappeared. I hate that I’m required to have a bank account for my job because if I didn’t have to, I would NEVER have a bank account again. Banks don’t want to help you, they just want your $$$!!!!! I practically break my back for my money and for it to “disappear” after them telling me I never had a savings… sorry to say but that’s THEFT. don’t open an account here because they will screw your over.

Worst bank ever. They make harassing phone calls to me every week. I am poor. I can’t invest in anything. I can’t get a loan because I can’t repay it. Horrible, mean practice of calling me every week. I have asked them to stop. Bank somewhere else.

Banking here has been fine!BUT, I get calls on the daily from them asking me to call them back "because they like to keep up with their customers"I am busy working 2 jobs & really there is no reason to chat. I don't need calls & voicemails every. single. day. This has just been annoying! Like maybe call once, leave a voicemail & IF a customer WANTS to call you back, then they will! But calling them 5 days in a row and not getting a call back from a customer, it should be obvious the customer does not want to (or maybe doesn't have time to) chat about their banking experience! It feels very much like getting calls from telemarketers. So here is my input on my banking experience, because no I do not want to talk on the phone!

Regions is alright. The overdraft rate is highway robbery. They could stay open a little later on pay day.
