I've been using overdraft protection for almost 2 years. I get the same amount every month with a fee. This month they put me in a bind because they cut me down of the amount I could over draw without warning which left me struggling.

My experiences over the last Thirty years with Arkansas Bank and Trust and now Regions, have always been second to none. I'm happy to recommend Regions to anyone. Great Job to the workers at Albert Pike Branch. You are a great Team!

I have major trust issue with banks, but I ended up opening an account first one in over 30 yrs I'm leaving $100. In there for 6 months or so just to watch and see if they can be trusted until than I'll still stay on a cash and money order basis. I'm rating regions at a 3 untill I have more experience with them

45 minute wait time because the clerk was having a personal conversation instead of doing their job. Other branches are fast and professional. Forget about it on Albert pike. Disgusted, late for work, and still did not get my deposit done.

I'm not from Hot springs. I'm from hope yesterday I was trying to cash my check to get back home. This lady wrote on my check ID expired. Witch I grabbed the wrong ID. I don't know who raised her, but I was tout God doesn't like ugly....An your in for a good Wicth he has so much you I store for you... Prepare yourself hunny

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. After holding an account with Regions for over 20 years I stopped by this branch to deposit a check into my joint account. The check was written from a person who shares the joint Regions account but from a different bank. (Simmons) Regions took the money from the Simmons account and then placed a hold on the deposit. I was sent an email stating I had to go IN PERSON to A regions bank to clear up the situation. I drove (49 miles one way) to the only open branch on a Saturday as I work Monday-Friday and could not get to a Regions without taking time off work. I was told I have to go to the branch where I deposited the check which of course is not open on a Saturday. I called Customer Service and was told they could not see any reason why the check would have been put on hold and could not resolve this. Now I have to take time off work to go back to the branch that is holding the money to resolve. STAY AWAY from Regions. This is most absurd thing I have ever heard.

Everyone here is extremely helpful. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Regions, which is much more than I can say about other USa Banks. They have my business for life.

Sweet friendly
