Any bank that accepts a cash deposit and then HOLDS the deposit for several days is NOT trustworthy! Keep that in mind if you do business with them!

Went to open a new account. Went in at open at 9am and the lady said we could only open a new ccount with a set appointment. Asked her what appointments she had available and she hesitated with a time and started to state anytime after 11. She said they were short handed. And had excuses about another worker not in yet. Never been to a bank who doesn't handle one customer at a time, and turned away a new customer. Very unprofessional. Will be looking into other banks.

I've been banking with regions for many years. Sent my wife to the Majestic Lodge location this morning to cash in some rolls of quarters we have been saving. They turned her down & told her that they were unable to take her rolls of quarters. Because of this I will no longer be banking with Regions ever again. I will not recommend to friends or family. These are trying times for decent people, you need to treat folks better.

Moved out here from Central Florida, I was happy to see a Regions Bank around the corner, and even happier still to find a friendly, dedicated and professional staff. I ran into a problem with a check I was trying to cash being put on "hold", you see, I really needed those funds. The ladies behind the counter...2 specifically I always get to deal with, explained everything, gave it to me in writing....they did a great job. My "beef" was the fact that the funds were being placed on "hold" for 9 days !! In this day and age.. not acceptable. This had nothing to do with the branch, I went home and called the "main" customer service number. I suppose I may have... aggravated someone there. Next day I found out they jammed me up pretty good. I even got a letter (ill try and put pic) that said..get this..funds availability was delayed because they had "confidential information" indicating the check I received...may not be paid. Super secret type stuff...right? There is no name..can't have accountability now can we? Its just from the "fraud monitoring dept." Your kidding...right? Check was from an established law firm...drawn from a large bank. If all this is true...aren't they saying MY party wrote a "hot check"? Look...I get it..in the future, ill try to remain "simple" and not complain. We've all got it coming right? And I should just...take it.Dillon...the branch manager had it cleared up in one day...and the funds were released. Thanks Dillon, and thanks to those 2 nice ladies. My service dog still wants that lobby liason job.

I'm not sure why or how there are so many negative reviews. I've been banking at this location for years, and they have always been helpful, friendly, and professional. As for Regions as a whole, I love the entire system and the app. It's efficient and reliable. I would recommend Regions (and this particular location) to anyone!

The Majestic Lodge Rd. branch manager has no clue how to work a computer. The teller had to help her with a simple email. She spoke to me as if I was a criminal without looking, calling, or researching my problem... I am not a rich person by any means, but come on...
