This company has terrible billing practices. I had to put a lost debit card on hold and was charged $30 when the auto pay did not go through. To be fair, I should have caught that. However, I am shocked that there was no grace period or warning about the $30 charge. Most businesses give you a chance to update your payment information before they hit you with a charge like that. If I wasn't moving in a couple of months anyway, I would cancel my service today. I'm glad Hot Springs recently got a couple more internet provider options.

I had Jeremiah Morrison come to do our install and he was excellent. He got it set up quickly and showed me how to work my app settings and work the internet restrictions to keep my children off things they don’t need to be on. He was very sweet and easy going.

I'm not big on this company. They punish you the longer you are with them. The costs kept going up. We switched to Hyper Fiber. They are somewhat better.

Jeremiah Morrison was punctual, got the Internet working in my apartment and I was able to get back to work. No complaints from me. He had to deal with a couple bikers.

I work from home and since moving here and utilizing Cablelynx, I have had nothing but problems. Speeds are incredibly slow- HTTP PING 369, HTTP JITTER 523, DOWNLOAD BANDWIDTH 85.24 Mbps, UPLOAD BANDWIDTH 9.07. We pay for a gig… we have never once gotten a gig. We have had numerous service calls, wires have been replaced twice… no issues are resolved, no credits are given. We pay way too much for this level of service. We just had another service call with no resolution. We are counting down til AT&T has fiber here and we can switch. Cablelynx runs a monopoly in our area. If it weren’t for that, I don’t know how they’d have any business.
