Knox is best technician that I’ve ever encountered. He was on time and work professional. even assisted me after we thought the job was done and helped me to get my Wi-Fi box in the correct location that I wanted. his customer service was unmatched by any other I have ever met.

Lost internet everyday since last weekend. Lost it especially on Christmas Eve, twice on Christmas day, once a day Tuesday and Wednesday, and more than 3 hours tonight, finally came back on for 5 minutes then off, on, off, on and off again for who knows how long. Don't waste ur money getting Resort Internet. It sucks and is Expensive.

‼️?SCAM ALERT!!! ?‼️This company signs you up, gives you equipment without making you sign a contract, but then jumps up the fees and costs of service without notifying you. They have charged me 4 times in one month. They turned off my auto draft on their side and then charged me extra to put it back on automatic payment.It sounds pretty messed up because it is.I called today and asked for a supervisor and everyone was too busy to take a customer call. They refused to help me. Their tiny storefront that is falling apart and smells like a scam hole when you walk in the door.Run away as quickly as possible.The internet NEVER works and is always intermittent. Garbage products and garbage business model.?Clean money a bit??

I have had Resort for well over 5 years on and off and the same results with every instance remain. due to the fact there is no other sufficient high speed internet provider where I am I have no other options or I would have left a long time ago. The service I receive is NEVER up to the described standards other than the short instances and maybe the week after a technician has visited. I have asked for a bill credit as my upload speed is the main reason I pay for my specific package and I am denied because I have been recorded "using the service" meaning because I can still stream Netflix and watch a Youtube video I have to pay for the full gig internet speed and upload that they are selling me. Even though my work is being interrupted or stopped all together forcing me to go to a friends house OUT OF TOWN to get my work done. I pay for 40+ mbps upload and the only consistency I get out of that upload speed is 2-7 mbps.... yet I still have to pay for 40+? If all I needed the internet for was streaming movies I would have cancelled my plan years ago and either gone with a satellite internet company or used my mobile hotspot when I wanted it! I'm physically and mentally drained jumping hoops to try and make this monopolized internet company work for me and I am really considering moving out of the city away from friends and family just to get a descent provider. to sum up my review, this company is financially ruining me my career and there is so much unnecessary stress in my day to day just from the worry of whether or not ill be able to clock in and work a full 8hrs or not much less enjoy my off time. Dissapointed and sad.

I have had nothing but positive experience with this company and today was no exception. I was having trouble with my internet speed. They sent out a wonderful technician(thank you James!) the same day who resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I continue to be impressed with this company.

Service was started 4 months ago. The cable line is still laying across my lawn. I've paid for it to be buried but they continue to reschedule rather than finish the job. My lawn guy has mowed around it for 4 months. The siding guy who repaired the hail damage on my house had to work around it. The roofers removing my old roof had to work around it. Resort claims it will take less than half an hour to complete the job. They're obviously not counting the 4 months I've already waited.10/30/23 After going to the local office, I was assured it would be done this date. Lied to again.I'm going to start logging dates they said they'll be here and don't show. This has been going on for weeks but I don't have those dates so I won't include them.10/30/23 Scheduled, no call, no show.11/1/23 Scheduled, no call, no show.11/2/23 Scheduled, no call, no show.

Wishing there was a negative star rating right now. After YEARS of being with Resort Tv Cable, for wifi only, the paper billing and digital billing never had the same amounts due. Issue 1. Want to stop paying 2.75 for your paper bill, and just pay .75 for an email? Go ahead. Walk in their office with $300 to pay this mess off and CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, just to find out "there were several problems on your account, I can fix them, and if you're willing to work with me I'll get your account fixed, and we can re-sign a new contract that will have you pay around 90 to get started then about 65 a month." To which my reply is "really?? You're telling me I can start out with a 90 dollar payment today, and then I'll be back to a regular monthly price (65) with unlimited data?" And he said yes, do you have an email we can send you an electric contractor for you to sign and send back? That's all we'll need to do" So triple checking myself I ask about the past due amount showing up on my account, and need to know that will go away because i rely on the digital accountlat this point trying to save 2 dollars on a paper bill. He reassured me, no that balance will go away when the new contract takes effect. One month goes by, get no new statement and the last looks just like the previous statement. I assume with the 90 dollar down payment I must have paid that months bill, and will receive a new statement soon. I mark my calendar to "2 months after contract was signed" and never received a "new" statement. After its shut off from nonpayment I spent over a week with Cablelynx on the phone, tech chat support and then finally the operator of the Facebook site for Resort. Ultimately even tho that CSR was fired, I'm being held to pay the past due amount before I'm aloud to have my wifi turned back on. No matter what theyre csr said because it was just "false information." This brought me to investigate their practices, and by all means, they do not follow their own code of ethics. And when code is broken by their csr the customer is one who is ultimately blamed. I went to pay this account and walk away. i was denied paying it, i no longer have that kind of money and now because I'm under a new contract i am obligated to fulfill the agreement. Even tho they can't stand by a customer's fair rights and honoring their own standards and agreements. By the way the rainmaker system they abide by says they have to be honest and compliant in all written and verbal agreements. Basically, if you do right by them it really means nothing. And they will prove that you mean nothing to them but $ with proving they don't care about the actual people who are screaming THIS IS RAISING GOOD FAITH CONCERN AND SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY

I just had the best install experience ever with Phillip. He was polite, professional, efficient and knows his stuff. It’s WONDERFUL to have fast internet again. I’ve been running .3 to .7 with AT&T for 5 years with promise after promise to make it better. Do t know why I waited so long to switch.

If you sign up with this company you better watch your bill they overbill I new they were going to raise the rate after the 12 month promo I called them a week before the original promo ended and signed up for the new promo (which is 15 bucks more per month) Then they auto debited my account for full pop 131 bucks, so I call them and they say that's weird looks like the have credited your account for the over charge, I say can you send me proof of that they say no you will just have to trust us...lol ...I do not trust them with my auto debit they do what they want...the service has been good but billing is a nightmare.

My wifi is out once again! Every month...EVERY month at least 6 hrs each time! They never answer the phone and if they finally do THEY can NEVER give you a straight answer! RIDICULOUS WIFI COMPANY! I'm still on hold writing this review...I called at exactly 8:31 and still no answer!... my wifi been out since 6am smh...

Our installer, a guy named Phillip, was AMAZING! We just moved here and could not remember which box our modem was packed in. He got everything else 'good to go' and took the time to tell me how to make everything work when we find and connect our modem ourselves instead of having to have another service call. If everyone in the cable industry was like Phillip, the industry's typical reputation would be very different!
