“We never had a problem of any kind, and the staff was always wonderful to work with. The security was excellent!! Before moving to Red Oak, our previous storage building location was burglarized and the thieves took almost all of our stuff. No such problems in our 7-8 years at Red Oak. I moved here in 2005 from Louisiana and started a business here that's where I've kept three different storages.
My 3 are usually a 10 by 30, or bigger.
One is is I've rented from three different storage facilities.
I've watched my monthly payment more than doubled since last year.
Big corporate companies come in town and try and scoop up the local market on these type of things. There's one here in Hot Springs and I will not say the name but they have a monopoly now.
Lack of competition is never good in any market.
I ended all three after 20 years have moved into this facility and im extremely happy.
I've got a bigger unit then two of my old ones put together and for less than the price of one.
I'll probably be here another 20 years.
Not corporate owned. And I have been told that under no circumstances will the owner sell.
Peace of mind achieved doing business with locals.
Plus right next to the storage complex there's a laundromat & a Dollar general across the street.
The location is fantastic.
I'm over by the country club off Malvern.
I've got two options to go through town or to take the country loop. Which is a nice, pretty scenic drive if you're headed towards Carpenter dam area.
I believe this location keeps set hours to where the gates are actually locked at 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.
No access late. FYI
It's policies like this that keep the keep the late night riff raff out too. ?”

“OMG!!!! We had the best time ever!!! They have something to do for everyone. You a rent a boat or kayak, take dip in the nice size swimming pool, playground for kids and fire pits to name just a few amenities. We rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon and ended up by the dam. What a shock. It was like we were going through a cold front and, oh my gosh, the water was freezing!!!!! Oh yeah, they have a bath house and washer and dryers too. We can't WAIT to come back!!!!”
“As a partner - I’m prejudiced ? and looking the “Reviews” over, I see one from a Wade Colony (I’m betting that’s not his name!) and was curious WHY he/she/it didn’t rate BDS 5 Stars.
After doing a little “research” myself and seeing everything from restaurants to laundromats (NONE of which Mr/Mrs/? Colony gave high ratings!) so I challenge him(?) to contact me and help me understand the review that was entered as we have NO RECORD of anyone with the last name of Colony since 2005 (18+ years!) -

I would definitely recommend this facility if you have stuff that you need to store. The gate locks at night and I feel very confident that my belongings are safe. I have rented that other facilities before but I really feel that this is the best one hot springs has to offer.”

“This storage facility is behind a coded gate system so it does give you more peace of mind, only downfall I have had with them is my gate code didn't work for about 2 weeks, which was a bit frustrating but they were able to get the code fixed. Overall so far we have had a wonderful experience with this location and their staff.”
