“Took my grandfather to his storage near Hot Springs Village to grab a few things we needed for a family function we were having later that day.Upon leaving we noticed we had a flat tire. My grandfather could not change it because of poor health. I have AAA and called them but was a 2 to 3 hour wait for them to get to us.We waited in the afternoon heat because my car's AC is broken, and there very little shade in this particular area. We waited around 30 minutes and a nice gentleman came up to us on a golf cart and introduced himself to us as "Matt" the manager of CubeSmart . He said hello to me and my grandfather and also noticed my grandfather's veteran cap he had on and thanked my grandfather or his service.He asked if there was anything he could help us with, and I quickly pointed out the flat tire. Matt said he would be more than happy to take care of it . He looked into my trunk, and discovered I did not have a jack. He said it was not a problem he would be back in 5 minutes. When he came back, he had two bottles of cold water for myself and my grandfather and a jack from his own car. I thought that was so nice for him to think about us like that. He quickly changed our tire and we were able to continue with our day and most importantly our family function .My grandfather wanted to compensate him as he was soaked with sweat and dirt from changing the tire, but Matt refused and again thanked my grandfather for his service and gave him a CubeSmart business card with the store phone number written down and said to call him anytime if there is anything that we might need. We can't thank Matt enough for saving the day. He is an awesome guy! Glad to know there are some people out there that still care about others. CubeSmart is a great place if you need storage in the Hot Springs area . Very close to Hot Springs Village . Manager “Matt” makes all the difference. Customer service at its best !”

“OMG!!!! We had the best time ever!!! They have something to do for everyone. You a rent a boat or kayak, take dip in the nice size swimming pool, playground for kids and fire pits to name just a few amenities. We rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon and ended up by the dam. What a shock. It was like we were going through a cold front and, oh my gosh, the water was freezing!!!!! Oh yeah, they have a bath house and washer and dryers too. We can't WAIT to come back!!!!”

Showed me a couple units and then I went ahead and purchased a unit with the guy for a new location of theirs. And it's only been a day. “New storage units. Well built with ample room to navigate any size truck or trailer. The owners are great to work with. Very safe and secure. I have 2 units there and even though there are cheaper places closer to my house, the overall conditions make it worth staying with them. Anything I've asked about they have been willing to work with me. Very nice place.”

“This storage facility is behind a coded gate system so it does give you more peace of mind, only downfall I have had with them is my gate code didn't work for about 2 weeks, which was a bit frustrating but they were able to get the code fixed. Overall so far we have had a wonderful experience with this location and their staff.”

They were very helpful and we’re in the process of upgrading the facilities security.
