This is the perfect example of corporate profits over the comfort and experience of the customer. This store used to be great for the customer. Indoor and outdoor seating, a full display with merchandise to purchase, Wi-Fi, chairs tables... Everything you would expect in a Starbucks. However, corporate decided to renovate and revamp store, and it is now the worst. Starbucks. Ever. Now it is a place to go in and pick up your mobile order and not much else. There's not a single chair in the place, and they don't even have a public restroom. I didn't even know it was legal to not have a public restroom in a restaurant. I guess, since they did the renovation, they considered themselves a coffee stop like you would see on a trailer.I am very disappointed in Starbucks as a whole, and coming from a 30 plus year gold card holder, I think somebody at corporate should set up and take notice.Starbucks used to be a place where you would go and gather with friends, you could sit down and do your work on your computer or you could study if you were a college student. That is how they grew their brand and that is how they grew their popularity. This new business model where they are putting profits over people, is a travesty and in my opinion, is getting away from the business model that made them such a great success. I don't know how much money it would cost to refit this store to a place where people would actually like to go again, but I hope that they think twice before they do this to any other neighborhood gathering areas.

This is advertised as a Starbucks but has no seating at all. This is too small of a town to have any need for this nonsense.

The one star for Starbucks. 5+ Stars for the Partners; they are AWESOME. I've met a lot of amazing people working at this store. Those days are gone. Starbucks has completely ruined this location. What was once a great destination spot (one of my personal favorites) to hang out, chill, and enjoy some coffee is now an impersonal, grab-your-drinks and leave store. They completely removed all seating including on the patio. No restrooms. They eviscerated the very feel and vibe and soul of what a coffee shop should be. If you want a location like this, it should be a quick in-and-out stop off the Interstate; NOT in the heart of a city, where locals and massive amounts of tourists, come to enjoy. This is, by far, the dumbest thing I've seen Starbucks do. The ONLY reason I go to this store occasionally anymore is to say "Hi" to the employees. I miss all of y'all! Y'all are absolute rockstars! I love you guys, and I'm truly sorry Starbucks put you into this position. Here's to hoping that Black Rifle Coffee comes to Hot Springs, sets up a real coffee shop, and poaches all the employees working here. Starbucks needs to realize the MASSIVE mistake it has made, admit it, and rectify it. I guarantee that if BRCC does ever come here, then they'll have no choice not to begin doing this immediately.

Basic drive through starbucks, no public restroom, very busy, took me 10 minutes to get some to acknowledge me so I could get a straw. Make sure to order ahead, and more than 10 minutes during typical busy times.

The only good thing about this location is Neil L. He is the most competent and professional and friendly barista the company has ever had and they absolutely don't deserve his service. After the remodel, the store is basically a drive through only location as there is no seating inside or outside, effectively murdering the communal atmosphere one would expect in a coffee shop. Fine for driving through for quick service, but don't expect anything more than a dismal atmosphere of consumerism from this location. If Neil leaves, there will be no soul left at all.

Service was fast and good. Much better than before the remodel. Careful ordering stuff ahead of time. There were flies all over the food and drinks waiting to be picked up. I mentioned it to the staff and they shrugged their shoulders like they didn’t care. That was gross, will defiantly not order ahead of time.Sad there isn’t a place to sit anymore as well.

Great drinks, nice staff, but beware if you use the app! I ordered and paid online and then when I got to the store they couldn't make the drinks, nor cancel the order, and, or refund my money.Took me 3 days of calling to get a refund started. I love Starbucks but I will only pay cash there from now on, or if I use a card it won't be in advance. You need to communicate with your website better, so that your customers don't have to be so very inconvenienced. On a pleasant note, I no longer have to have a Frappuccino everyday, and I've learned to make my own at home. Thanks for that!

Wow. This location is incredibly uninviting to anyone who doesn't want to do drive-through or order online. No menu, no display case, and no seating. You can still order in person, but you won't have any idea of what they sell or how much it will cost.By far the worst coffee shop experience I've ever had. I won't be back.

Wait time was long. Only had 3 people working and one was just slowing mopping like nothing was going on around them.

Changed to a drive which is disappointing. Got 2 peppermint mocha frappucinos today. They weren't very good, partially melted and odd taste.
