My wife and I stopped in while on vacation in Hot Springs. We were welcomed and treated kindly. We purchased some glassware for what we believe to be more than a fair price. If we are ever in Hot Springs again, we would definitely go back.

This place needs their 501c stripped from them. They blatantly violated federal law after I made my application for adoption. The only reason I didn't sue them is because it would have succeeded and likely cost the animals their home. Save your donations for a more reputable and ethical animal rescue. These people are extremely shady.Edit: Background checks were performed by Mary Ann Taft via Arkansas Court Connect using your personal information(name, address, and date of birth) that you put on your application. My back yard is a half an acre and is surrounded by a chain link fence and 2 of my dogs were at the vet Saturday for rabies boosters and flea pills so they're obviously cared for very well. What you guys did is illegal under the FCRA because I was offered no chance to correct incorrect information on a background check that I never consented to. PEOPLE! IF YOU TRY TO ADOPT THROUGH THEM THEY WILL RUN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND GET INFORMATION ABOUT YOU THAT YOU CAN NOT DISPUTE IF INCORRECT. GIVE YOUR MONEY AND DONATIONS TO ANY OTHER SHELTER OR RESCUE IN THE AREA. THESE PEOPLE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

Accolades to a group who has made the Malvern Shelter a “no kill” facility. Mary Ann Taft and the folks have dedicated their lives to saving and rehoming animals. In their eyes there is no animal too old, too ugly or too sick to turn away.

They are a non-profit animal rescue and foster. They operate strictly on donations and their annual fundraiser. Please support their mission by donating unwanted items and clothes to their Thrift Store on Hobson Ave. They can ALWAYS use dog food and monetary donations. Very worthy cause. Foster or rescue if you can.

Wonderful store where every dollar spent goes toward animals that have been neglected or abused. All are in foster care until adopted. My new favorite place!

Some of the sweetest people in Hot Springs. The prices are more than fair and always topped with a smile and for me I got a big hug. They serve a great purpose for our community and I hope more people will come on board to support them.

Wonderful organization and shop that is 100% volunteer ran. No paid employees and saved over 1000 animals lives last year alone. Please support them and visit this store to donate/shop.
