Very nice hotel downtown on Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs Arkansas. All within walking distance to the main park areas.Rooms: Nice rooms. I stayed in a king suite and it was perfect. The view was ok. I was on the 5th floor facing the main road but the buildings exterior is thick so you part of the view is obstructed.Nearby activities: Plenty to do around the hotel. The Hot Springs National Park visitor center and cultural center are within a couple blocks of the hotel.Safety: Overall safe. But plenty of homeless, I was not bothered walking by myself. Police activity was consistent and at one point they were dealing with what seemed to be a homeless person.Walkability: Easy to get to from downtown near bathhouse row.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant that has a small menu but great food from bar food to filet mignon which was a little dry but good. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel all within walking distance.Noteworthy details: No onsite parking. If there is street parking it is free from 5p-8a. There is a parking garage about 1/4 mile away. Valet available for $30 a night.Additionally there are designated pedestrian crossings which could have been more convenient but the nights were nice so I did not mind walking,All of the staff were nice and courteous.I was told they believe to hotel to be haunted. I did not experience anything super natural.Nicely renovated while keeping and still in use old decor.

Great hotel, right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to bath houses and shopping. It has a restaurant/bar. Highly recommend.

Didn't stay at the hotel but had dinner at the restaurant and visited the rooftop bar. Dinner was fantastic but the hotel and the rooftop smell weird. Almost like a port-a-potty. Plus the heaters they have on the roof are very ineffective. Even standing right next to it didn't help. Moving on to the next place!Walkability: Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distanceFood & drinks: Food and drinks are good but be aware that Arkansas has 12.5% sales tax AND 25% liquor tax on every drink. Plan accordingly. Two drinks with tax was over $30. ?

Let me start by saying I traveled 5 hours for this adventure, therefore I was excited until I got there and witnessed what I saw and heard. This Hilton being an upscale hotel was a disaster.Complimentary water wasn't available, but I was informed to purchase a bottle for 5$. The restaurants located in the hotel closed at 5pm and would not open back for days. The food was mediocre and If I hadn't made it in time to eat, I would have starved. The staff was pretty much nonchalant as to the way things were planned for the guest for their stay. The parking was crazy. You either had to pay a valet (which I did) or park in a garage located a block or two away.Planning this holiday getaway was one I was excited about but the excitement left soon after this tragedy. I booked the rooms for 3 nights but only stayed one as I expected so much more from Hilton.

This is a wonderful Hilton property that has exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable bed and great service. The location is on Bath House row which can not be beat. There hotel itself has great history. I would recommend not using valet parking as it is expensive and you can park in the city garage a few blocks away for free- you can park overnight you just can not enter the garage from between 10pm and 6am.

I was very pleased with the staff! Our room was very clean and cozy. It was 39 degrees this morning and when our car was brought around from valet our seat warmers were on and the heat was on. Thank you!

Cool place, although the public parking is a tad ridiculous. To be close to the hotel you either have to park on the side of the street, find a public lot two blocks away or pay for valet parking. The hotel overall is pretty cool. It’s walking distance from most attractions. Once we found parking we didn’t have to drive anywhere. I will say the window views from this hotel are not the best, we had the lovely view of a brick wall and a dumpster. But other than that I would say this is a decent hotel.Nearby activities: Walking distance from great restaurants, and the overlook tower. The gangster museum is pretty cool as well.

Why I would NOT recommend staying in this beautiful hotel…Yes, this hotel is a Hilton Tapestry and has beautiful design features.Yes, this hotel is located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs with convenient shopping all around.Yes, it is a beautifully appointed hotel with a retro design feel.Yes, the room is huge and beautiful.I guess you could stay here if you really don’t need to sleep. The hotel is located on a street that has more loud late hours traffic than I imagined. You just get to sleep and there’s a siren, then 30 minutes later a loud truck, and on and on. Yes, the hotel leaves some ear plugs and a cute note. Sorry - that’s not enough effort for this noise level. A hotel of this caliber should at least have provided a sound machine to help mask the parade of overnight street noise. Honestly, I would have needed to have the TV on to drown it out all night - but who wants to sleep like that???Maybe there are rooms that are not street side?? We were not given a choice. There are a few design inspired features of the room that just don’t add to the comfort of the guest and that totally ruined our experience and sleep.1. Barn door as a bathroom door. Hello! Who likes to use the facilities without a closed door?? The door does not seal the opening. So much for privacy during those moments you would rather not share. This cool looking barn door had one wheel off the track when we arrived, which makes you feel so secure that you could get locked in the bathroom area if that happened again. That would have been special.2. Roll up blinds. Yes, a very cool looking sleek line design. Guess the designers knew these do not block light at night around the edges. And one of ours was broken in the open position. So we had the sights and sounds of the overnight traffic. All.night.long.3. Built in plugs in headboard. Guess this is a great idea unless they don’t work like ours. Another bonus to not sleeping is realizing your phone didn’t charge overnight either. But wouldn’t you know someone had set the alarm clock with an early alarm- plugged into a plug that did work - and we had a special wake up alarm after a night of little sleep ?4. No fan in bathroom - but with a door that doesn’t really close, guess that’s not important, right?Maybe I’m wrong to think that hotels that spend this much on design would also be considering the comfort and rest of their guests. As beautiful as it is, you could not pay us to stay here again. So sad.

Very nice hotel located in a restored old building. The location cannot possibly be beat, right in the heart of downtown Hot Springs across the street from boathouse row. Nice rooms with beautiful views of the Ouachita mountains and the historic downtown. If you want to go hiking this location is exceptional, you can be on the trails of the national park within a block of the hotel. Ditto for the historic bathhouses. Service is good and the valet staff was exceptional. Parking is available but you have to valet so you will have to get your car if you want to go anywhere but they are very fast. You are definitely paying for the location, the hotel and rooms are very nice but I would not call them extraordinary. But the location can’t be beat and the old building is really cool how they restored it.Walkability: Amazing walkability, you are right downtown.

Loved this hotel. The history of the hotel was interesting & the staff was so helpful. They provided suggestions of bath houses. It was great that it was on bathhouse row however, parking is a challenge. You can either valet (charge separately)or find a spot on the street.Rooms: Room was larger than I expected & very lux. I'm obsessed with their bath products. They smell heavenly & moisturize.Walkability: Close by several historical bathhouses.

You would have had five stars if it wasn't for your awful awful awful valet!!!!! Let me make this clear. All of valet people were kind nice and hustling to get cars. The problem is that you will not hire more than one person per shift. I stayed here three nights during the week. Everyday there was a line for valet. I waited over an hour multiple times. To the point to where I was late for two different meetings cause of this. If you stay here do not get valet. Do better Hilton. Hire more valet especially for in the morning like when all your guests are checking out and trying to leave. Also no one can make a cocktail in the roof top bar, or the ave connected to it. No shaking, straining, or really bartending in general. I've had better mixologist at frat parties. Do better Hilton.

This is an old hotel. It was built in the early 1900s and was remodeled around 2017. It still has some old timey feel with the room numbers and the old postal mailbox near the elevator. But the rooms were smaller than I thought, but I think it's because the hotel is so old. We were only there for one night and we stayed in a King Deluxe. There's no on-site parking, so you pretty much have to valet park which I think was $25 a day. The valets were nice and the front desk allowed us to check in early, as we caught a red eye and arrived early. Moreover, the best thing about this hotel is location, location, location! It's right across the street from bath houses, and the park and smack dab in the middle of the town with mostly all the tourist restaurants and bars. You can just walk everywhere then walk back to your room. I would stay here again because of how convenient it is....

We have always stayed here and we usually do enjoy our stay. Wish they would give you a option to choose your view when selecting your room. We had a view of a brick wall and ac units this time, weve gotten pretty lucky in the past the few times we've stayed here. The shower had no water pressure and the shower head leaked which was kind of a bummer. Wish they would stick to the same rate per night we checked in on a Mon and left Thurs. Our Wed night stay was $50.00 more than Mon and Tues nights rate was for some reason. Other than those few things everyone was very friendly and valet service was very fast and awesome. Rooftop bar was nice and had a awesome view and nice drink selection. You really can't beat the location either! I'm sure we will return!

Beds were comfortable. Minimalist decor. Due to all the marble, lobby seems a little cold. Barn style door on the bathroom was pretty but decreased privacy. Location is perfect!
