It is a very clean store with great prices and fast checkouts, where customers report no issues finding what they are looking for. It offers a little bit of everything, including tons of dog and cat food, both brand name and their own more affordable option, plus lots of great items for inside and out. The overall staff is consistently described as amazing, very friendly, and always so helpful. Employees are noted for going out of their way to assist, whether by carrying birdseed to a vehicle, helping with baby chicks, or providing efficient propane fill service. Prices are a little higher but they usually have what u need.

Love this store. It's always clean, neat and well stocked. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Good selection and prices are good. Good location. Happy to have them in Hot Springs!
