Very sweet people. An they are polite an hard working I've been with us bank for years any one who has any problem with us banks in hotsprings just need to go in an talk to them they are willing to help as I said they are polite an hard workingi had an issue an I went in side an talked to Amber shewas very helpful thank you amber you all have been great unless you haft to close down for good i wont be leaveing you all are very sweet thank you

I just completed the online survey for my experience on September 5th. Aneisha was amazing and I hope she gets a chance to see my survey! Thank you for everything! Half the time the kiosk doesn't work, service is slow...overall, go somewhere else.

There's not a US Bank where we live now, so I went inside this branch to close our accounts. The teller, also named Amber, closed out the accounts but did not confirm balances or anything with me before closing. She gave me much less than I expected, so I asked for a printout of the transactions from my checking account. It showed a monthly maintenance fee of $25.00. In 11 years, we've never been charged a maintenance fee because of the type of checking it was. She said I didn't have the balance to qualify for that fee to be waived. I asked her how much that was, and she said she didn't know, but I could wait 20 minutes to see a banker. I couldn't wait because of an appointment, but I don't see why she couldn't tell me the required balance if she knew I didn't have it. She was rude when I asked questions and told me she had a line of customers to help instead of me.

I've been with USBank for 26 years and has been great. However, in the last year, USBank is the worst! They have closed several branches which now crowds everyone into the main branch with to few employees to handle the extra load in a timely manner.Also, Refinanced me home with USBank to remove a person from the previous loan. In the end, They added her back onto my mortgage and now, there are three of us on it! What a mess!Arvest Bank is looking better every day! Grrrrr

Employees are always super knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is need more employees, sometimes the wait is way too long! Oh the ATM at the Mall branch is dirty and very inconvenient that the machine is so low to the ground and it makes it very hard to reach.

Went in to do a WT, around 10:30 am, the line had 10 people in it, only ONE teller which was handling the line inside and the drive through.There were FIVE offices that had other bank personnel sitting at desks, no clients /customers were in the their offices. I walked to one of the offices and asked the lady sitting at. Desk, if the line was were I was supposed to be if I was doing a wt, she said I was supposed to make an appointment, I said for a WT??? She asked the amount and after I told her the amount, she said when I’m finish with what I’m doing, I can help you.I said I can just go to my other bank; she immediately said, “I told you, I am doing something now, as soon as I’m finished, I can help you!! I did not raise my voice or even speak at any time to her in a mean way, even when she told me I was to make an appointment for a wt,I just said “No, thank you” and left. I went to another bank.This was not the first time that I’ve been in a long line with ONE teller and 4-5 other employees in offices staring at computers… I think USBand has way too many chiefs and not enough Indians! And the chiefs that I’ve seen are all grumpy and don’t like to preform any of “the line people” transactions !!They forget who the customer is!!! That’s okay, there are banks in town that know!

This bank is friendly, in a great location and super convenient. They also have 2 ATM lanes here.

Needs more than one cashier working. The teller is having to do drive thru AND lobby, so what should be simple, easy deposits end up taking over half an hour or longer due to putting all the work on one guy.

This place is ran by the biggest a holes I've ever seen in my life. I went in at literally 3:59 they closed for four the doors are still open and they still had people in the lobby I needed to get money for rent on the first. They said no they were closed however it was 3:59 technically they don't close until 4 o'clock. Which is absolutely absurd how does people that work a job do banking with a bank that closes at 4:00. I will probably close my account due to the rudeness that I have witnessed at that branch.
